Be wary of companies that pester customers begging for a good review.

The company pesters customers to complete a survey. Any company that needs to put so much effort into begging for a positive review cannot be that great.

Matt called me to help fix the issue and he added Dom to the call and they were able to guide us to fix the issue, the issue hasnt been fixed yet however we should see some results soon.
