Scam. No delivery, no answer from customer support.

Got my money back quickly by my bank company. They even have real artists commenting under their posts, don't fall for it.

As all other reviews, a scam website, takes money with no deliver of product. No response from email. Bank refunded thankfully.

If you end up here after purchasing, raise dispute with bank and they should refund.

Like all the others here, I got scammed by 808's store. I saw the advert on Instagram, and everything seemed legit; they had some media, some interactions on comments (although further looking showed recent comments blocked and only old comments from a few years ago), and the designs looked great. An original take on the classic golden age of hip hop era stuff mixed with 50s style advertising that hadn’t been seen anywhere before. I ordered 2 T-shirts, Used a 20% discount code from their Instagram, got a confirmation email, and all seemed good. After weeks of no tracking reference or shipping details and email and Instagram messages being ignored, I looked on this site (which I wish I had done before I ordered), and saw they were scammers and just into ripping people off. The designs were so good, and I presume they were originally legit, but something has changed and now they just take money and produce nothing. My bank was great about it and refunded me without any hassle, and I hope that is the same with anyone else who ends up in this situation. AVOID!!! SCAMMERS!!!!

This is a rip off website, please be careful and do NOT order from them! I ordered two t-shirts and they never arrived, and it's impossible to chase them.

1 star is too much for this scam. 45€ out the window and not even a reply. Please don't buy from these sad people.

Order a shirt and a sweat shirt a year ago and they never arrived. Attempted to contact the company through email and Instagram but I've been ghosted. Absolute scam company. DO NO BUY.

I have ordered a t-shirt on the 17th of october, the confirmation email stated that the estimated delivery would take 5 days. Today, I am still awaiting the item.This just a big SCAM. Do not make orders from this website

Shirt ordered Aug 12th, never delivered. No responses to my emails and one mail address no longer approachable (the one on which they receives these reviews, funny enough). Big, big fraud, filed a report with the Belfast police. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR THE CRIMINALS BEHIND IT.

I purchased two t-shirts from this website on the 17/08 and received an email about the order and a week passes with no follow up email to state items are shipped. I emailed the email address that’s at the end of the order mail looking for an update on the 24/08 and nothing and again on the 28/08 and nothing and sent a message on their Instagram page on the 03/09 and it hasn’t been read. The Instagram account hasn’t had any activity since last September 2023 yet the shop can still take people’s money!!!
I’m going to try contact my bank now and see can I get the funds back.
Don’t waste your money on this charlatan’s page!

Ordered a t-shirt from 808's Store on 12th August. Got an automated email from confirming the order, and haven't received anything since now 2024/09/03.

Did not receive anything, they never answered my mails. Currently trying to get my money back.

Ordered a t-shirt from 808's Store on 11th July. Got an automated email from Shopify confirming the order, and haven't received anything since (now 1st August). Have emailed, but heard nothing back.

Update (15th August): Still haven’t had a single response. Currently trying to report and get my money back via credit card company.

DO NOT BUY 808s store. Experience is the exact same as everyone else here who has reviewed. Happy to take your money, delayed t-shirt eventually arrived. Far too small so tried to return but have ignored all my emails to begin return. For some reason you need to email them first to begin return process. This a deliberate strategy to prevent customers from returning any items. There’s a reason they limit viewing on their Instagram comments. Thieves.

Scam. Can’t arrange returns. Have to email them to find out how to return but they don’t reply. That’s the scam

Never received the items
Paid 80 euros in total if you count the import costs. It still says its in transit after 3/4 months. I contacted them multiple times, got 1 response and they told me to contact Evri international (the shipping company) but Evri says that they cant help and send me back to 808s, horrible experience

I received my item pretty quickly.

I ordered small, I'm usually a small, sometimes medium in smaller fitting clothing.

The small is more like XXS small. I could barely get the t shirt over my head.

My 1-star review is based on the customer service when I tried to arrange a return.

They haven't responded to any of my emails.

The t shirt material quality/softness is mediocre. The printing was really high quality.

I want to reoder my correct size, but after a month of no response to my emails, it looks like they don't want to refund my smaller size

paid for express shipping for a number of t shirts. only one arrived 2 weeks after the stated date. no updtae on the rest. avoid this company

I wish I can give them 0 stars! Horrible service and I never received my item after pay for expedited shipping! I am going to get the police involved and try have my bank reclaim my funds! Avoid ! Totally not worth the hassle! They need to close down immediately !!

Don’t order from these guys, ordered over a week ago, only communication I’ve received is an automated email saying they’ve got my order. I’ve emailed them several times and reached out on their social media asking for an update when it will get shipped and I’ve had nothing.
Somewhat unrelated their Instagram posts say they have hundreds of comments but only a select few are visible making me think comments asking where orders are have been deleted. That is pure speculation however.
Honestly I’d like an update I understand running a business is difficult and delays happen but basic communication would rectify any issues.
I’ve given them 48 hours to get back to me before I get a charge back and contact trading standards and the police. I’d much rather the product than that because the t shirt looks great but I’m not one for being missold or scammed
