False advertising

These guys need to be stopped at all cost. Everyone needs to contact me so we can do a class action lawsuit for false advertising. They claim to ship in 3 days but it’s been 3 weeks! We need to do chargebacks so that credit card companies and banks will no longer do business with them. Let’s sue 80 percent arms leave them with no legs to stand on! They can’t advertise one thing and do another LETS GO!

Very slow to ship

My son had purchased from 80% on more than one occasion and had good luck. With that in mind, I ordered a Gen3 jig and router kit with 3 80% lowers on December 5, 2022. Web site stated 2-3 weeks for fulfillment.
I then researched them on Trustpilot and was dismayed to see their very low ratings and was hoping that I didn't just throw away a bunch of money!

I finally received my "all you need kit" yesterday (January 23, 2023). Jig quality is excellent and their 80% lowers appear to be great quality as well.

Contact with online chat was responsive and Bronson did answer questions for me while I was waiting on shipment.

I am sure they are very overwhelmed at this point with the relocation, all of the ATF BS, and trying to catch up with orders. So, other than the excessive wait i am basically pleased with their service.
They should update their website to reflect the longer shipping times.

Past experiences have been positive and purchasing over $600 worth of products. However, a very poor experience recently and in December 29, 2022 ordered two speed mill drill bits for total $114.99 and the only shipped one. Automated chat Leeds to caned email response on Jan. 13,2023 and no further communications. Phone goes to voicemail with a pity story about relocation and dropped to voicemail without prompt. Small company hacked operations. 80% Arms order 589786 Thank you for allowing me to rate and provide feedback. I’ve tried reaching someone at your company for days now with no response. Very disappointing.
Update, 1/27/2023. The second bit has finally arrived.

NEVER order from these people!!!!! You have been WARNED!!

NEVER order from these people!!!!!! You have been warned!!!!

I ordered about $500 worth of parts in mid August & I was told it would ship the next day. Then I say that my order was waiting to be fullfilled & it never was. I contacted them 20+ times with no respones. then about 45 days after my order, I filed a claim with my credit card & I then got a reply from them saying the items were in the process of being stocked & they were about 2 weeks backlogged but they assured me I could get what I ordered.

I've received nothing and I'm worried it's too late to finish the refund claim.

Ordered an upper receiver on 18 NOV

Ordered an upper receiver on 18 NOV. Now 7 Dec and no tracking or answer to multiple emails or calls, minus automated emails and phone number message.

Stay away from them. Also filing a BBB complaint and initiating charge back on CC.

BAD.

I have purchased many things from them in the past (Jig/lowers/frames) with good experience however they have really dropped the ball recently. I placed an order over a month ago and have yet to hear anything, nor will they answer my emails. Will be calling credit card company to process claim against them since it appears I cant even get through to cancel my order.

UPDATED: I will update if something changes but…

UPDATE 2 - 10/7/22: I received the first half of the order. Router tool and some bits. No jig. I sent a collection of additional emails, voicemails, and instagram messages which eventually led to some response. They’ve communicated that current legislation has left the shipping of the jig as “questionable.” They are awaiting an update on the legal side before they ship the jig and lowers. If the law doesn’t permit them to mail the jig they’ve stated that they will offer a full refund. So, making progress but it’s been a lot of pulling and tugging on my end. The communication is still lacking, in my opinion. I’ve upgraded to 2 stars.

UPDATE 1 - 9/26/22: I received a shipping confirmation today. It’ll take a bit before I can follow tracking to see if there is actual progress on the product movement but there is sign of life. Unfortunately, it shipped incomplete. I ordered their complete jig kit with bits, router, the jig, and (5) lowers. It looks like they shipped the jig, bits, and router but not the actual lowers. They did modify my order number to tag it with a “-1” so I’m hopeful that means there is a 2nd shipment to go out for the remainder. No clue as I’ve received no communication to that fact. I called and left a voicemail and have E-mailed. No response.

I will update if something changes but so far terrible experience. Ordered a lower jig kit on 8/19/22. Received confirmation of order and they took my money. 8/20 they send an update saying they are working hard to fill. 8/25 another update that it’s in fulfillment, seeming to indicate shipping soon. Meanwhile, product is now out of stock on their site. No updates for a few days so 8/29 I email asking for clarity, citing the out of stock website. Receive an automated response that they got my inquiry. No word since then. I called today, 9/23, and emailed. No response so far and I’m thinking it’ll remain that way. I certainly hope for delivery of the product. If they can’t fulfill it, I’ll gladly take my money back. Again, will update if something changes.

Very Unprofessional Company, Don’t Recommend.

I placed an order July 15th, 2022. After several broken promises of ship dates, and several unanswered emails my order shipped out first week of September 2022. Would not recommend doing business with them, they told me three separate times my order would ship next week, or the week after and it never did. Then they ghosted me after i asked for a refund because I was tired of the back and forth with nothing happening. Do not do business with this crooked company.

This company is totally shady

This company is totally shady! They have no phone support and only reply to emails with generic prescriped responses! I’ve purchased many items from them and have ongoing problems with their GST9 products. Currently waiting on replacement GST9 frames & jigs, which I was told twice it’ll be 2-3 weeks. Now going on week 5. Stay away from these guys!

As always these guys hit it out of the park ! I have made several buys from 80% and let me tell you the products they push out the door are quality ! I once posted a crappy review because "I" didnt asl the right questions so I stopped in at their store in Garden Grove and Aaron explained to me everything I didn't know about the .308. therefore making me look bad - I mean this fella is a world of knowledge with a expertise in the field of fire arms like no other, one would've thought he was employed at some point with the likes of Dillion Precision or Smith & Wesson. Rest assured these people are stand up and their products speak for themselves or I damn sure wouldn't be writing this - so yes, top of line products at a great price and a world of knowledge that places them in the expert category, got a question I suggest picking up the phone and giving them a call, they will have the answer so stop wasting your time reading this and call them- get that order placed so you can get busy......this was my experience

Ordered 14 days ago still nothin

Ordered 14 days ago, A blemished item so they cannot even say it is being manufactured, and still no word. If amazon can get me my items the same day in some cases these guys could at least send me an email and get the item out the door in two weeks.

*UPDATE*
Within and hour of posting my review the customer service manager / customer experience manger contacted me and we talked for a good 20 minutes about not only the order but How I had set my expectations and how they could better fulfill them and set reasonable expectations from the start.
As a customer that means a lot to me knowing that they are not just sitting there and saying well we already have his money so he can wait. I feel like the conversation was productive for both sides and I am looking forward to continuing to do business with them in the future.

Where’s my package man!!

Bought a jig from them before came within a week. Tried buying a frame kit on may 20th no nothing. reached out a couple times and all I get is the same email saying (we don’t have it at the moment) so what does that mean? You got my money, so what do you plan on doing you know. You’d think they would look after you and send a different color or something but nope they’ll leave you clueless. I hope I receive a package soon and if I do I’ll be coming back to tell you how long it took hopefully. Looking to change those stars in the future

Poor customer service. I cant even post a 1 star review on their product. They asked me if there was something they can do to resolve my 1 star review but I told them just to post it. They did not. I cant even get an answer why they wont post it.

Not only did they take days upon days…

Not only did they take days upon days to answer emails, they will not answer their phone. I ordered a lower and ended up cancelling it because it took SO long to hear back about it, it’s been 10 days since I cancelled it and haven’t received money back. TERRIBLE COMPANY, do not send them money.
