Products are nice but expensive.
I ordered 2 products and liked them. Although they are quite pricy but have a good style and probably there are significant costs involved to manufacture / advertise etc. - fair enough everyone to make a profit.

What I didn't like that much was the kind of interaction when I had questions. It was kind of pushing back - not even answering in a full sentence, no hello, etc.
It just gives a kind of vibe I would not connect with the products I see.
Therefore I restrain to order again because I don't "feel" the product vibes with this connection and don't fell to support this.

The only good thing you will pay in this brand will be the style, when I see necklaces with 14ct (thats about less then 60% of purit) in a 2gr piece for 400€/500€ makes laugh or cry, when a pure 24ct gold gr cost 60€.. Extremely expensive prices for the quality that don't have!

Until now I was super happy with the goods I ordered from 877 workshop. The quality sure is good. But if you expect any kind of customer service with your products, please order somewhere else.
I ordered a necklace with the engraving of M.A. The website said I could use three letters in which a dot counted as a letter. I received the necklace as MA, this means mother in Dutch...

I contacted them to ask if something could be arranged. They said it wasn't possible. Instead of admitting the fact that there was a mistake on their website and solving this problem, they started changing the conditions on the website. Even after I sent them a screenshot they kept attacking me with things like: "I am sorry you are so upset about a dot."

A proper conversation wasn't an option, just as any answers to my questions.

So again, the products they sell sure are good, but the customer service is just pathetic.
