Poor scammy casino….verification takes a month or more, after numerous chats, after about 42 days, finally get verification success email…still awaiting the withdrawal, created that on the 24th august ‘26, so much for the 36-42 working hours processing time. IF it pays out, i might then consider a deposit as selection of games is ok, but as you see thats a big if….i dont hold out for anything from these guys, worst bit, wagered through over £3300 on a no deposit bonus, limited to £100…so its not even a big withdraw….i call fake pirate scam 🫡

So issues are verification I have joined up 3 wks ago i sent documents around 21st August and they have not verified my account ! Actually not replied to my emails at all I contacted customer support on the verification update just told they sent message to the kyc department and will all be done in next couple of days or so. I gone on to win £400 which i withdrawn on the 27th. It is now sep 4th and nothing as happened I spoke to customer support on there chat cannot withdraw funds till account is verified after explaining again I have sent documents not once but twice to make sure I have had no reply and same response as before I see it’s a new site well I think there sister site to britsino.io I’m beginning to think I’m not going to see this money and it goes like this I will not put any more money on there site. And if you going to play I suggest send your documents to verify first before parting with your money wishing I did first because to me if they cannot do that no point playing at all as you can’t get your winnings and stay clear of them.
