I do a lot of online shopping and can honestly say 883 police is one of the best experiences I have had. I was kept well informed of the dispatch and delivery from the moment I placed the order. I had to return an item as is didn't fit and was so impressed by the regular updates regarding the return from the moment I dropped it off at the hermes shop until it arrived and then received a refund without delay. Well done you guys, I will most definitely be shopping with you again

I bought a jkt from online Facebook store.
The DPD delivery store send me message saying that the item will be delivered on 28 Dec 21 but never arrived, checked their tracking service but the message come up with they are still waiting for the item.
with this I tried to get in touch with police customer service many times via email but none of the email has got respond, its so frustrating and very very very...at the bottom customer service...never with this shop again in my life, now the issue is how long do I have to wait until the item arrives otherwise god knows what the hell gonna happen with my refund process.
wake up you useless people and sort this out.

I ordered a pair of 888 Police jeans from the (883police) website. A pair of jeans name (Moriarty NOX 388 Slim fit jeans) they have arrived but under what appears to be a totally different company name. A company called (Zabou Casualwesr Company) please someone tell me what is going on and wondering if my jeans are fake?

I have found 883Police to always provide excellent customer service. After having a small mishap with Royal Mail's delivery service, the 883Police online team were able to rectify the problem in a matter of minutes. Both in store and online colleagues provide genuinely fantastic assistance. Has easily become my new favourite high street place to shop! (Oxford Street + Stratford Westfield)

I bought Burgundy Jacket from Traford center Police store, I been to traford center for return jacket because faulty item and found out store permanently close, I sent them email no one reply 3 weeks still waiting for reply,

The best experience ever. Service is second to none. Really don't know what everyone else is moaning about as I have had no problem in ordering online. Super fast delivery and was so happy with what I purchased. Brought a few hoodies and the quality is amazing. THANK YOU 883 Police, you have outdone yourselves.

I ordered some gift sets for Christmas alongside a few other clothing items for my family and they loved them! Really good quality and amazing price for what they provide. I’m really looking forward to them dropping their women’s collection soon!

Every now and then you come across a little gem and 883 Police is one of them. I’ve just recently started shopping with them and boy I’m well impressed. From their great selection clothes, styles, fit, prices and their lightning delivery, I high recommend.

My favourite is their line of Moriarty jeans which fit like a glove and I now own three pairs and counting.

Give them a try as you’ll not be disappointed.

Great comms for delivery, and I was able to track my order, though I didn't need to as I had automatic email reminders telling me what was happening. Initially thought I had a problem with my purchase when it buying it, but a swift return email from the company said everything was fine. Received my order 3 days later as expected. Excellent minimal packaging, turns out my clothes fit me perfectly, and excellent quality material. Fantastic!

I live in brooklyn , walking into a precinct was by far the worst experience. These men ,who get paid to serve and protect the public simply ignored me when i requested assistance with identity theft claim and asked for an advice on how to go about domestic violance i was dealing with at the time. One officer came over just to laugh at me, seeing that i was feeling helpless after experiencing emotional and financial hardship i was exposed to during these events...They even refused to provide me with a number to internal affairs, as they claimed "corruption broke us apart"

In all honesty I cannot see why so many have their knickers in a twist over 883 Police. The website is spot on. The delivery speed is rapid and the clothing quality is top notch. All items fit and look 3 times the price they actually cost. Bang on 883 Police, bang on......

Awful customer services.
Numerous emails about an order that I placed that was wrong when it arrived, thankfully the missing item arrived two weeks later.
Did try to ring but never got through.

Bought top and after first wash all the transfers came off.
Apparent they have to send the picture to the manufactures somewhere on a distant planet no doubt..
What a fight to get your money back even with Paypal on their back. They refuse to answer most e-mails and telephone attempts do not work and worst of all they ignore any threat you make to take them to court.
Very cocky Indian chap I did manage to speak to weeks ago was no help..
In my case they have a shock coming because I will be issuing a summons to their companies head office, even if it is under £20,00. Its the principal!
Stay well clear and use a reputable supplier..

Poor customer service, maybe scam and fruad as well. Bought 2 jeans, tried to wear but didn't fit, then sending back. I email them to notice about returning many times, but no one answers. Ok fine, calling phone number on their website. They said they're busy and call back later. From this moment, if you keep wating their phone, they will never call back to you, for sure. Therefore, I try again but still get the same answer. Reading order number, spelling my name then type, all customer information show up on goddam computer. The only thing they need to do is finding the package in store and confirm the return. Very very simple, 2 year old kids can even do that. And 'we sorry, we're busy' always repeat. Should I contact the police to solve this problem?

I just had a really bad experience with this brand, and would advise others to avoid, especially if buying presents.

I purchased a pair of jeans on the 27th November during the Black Friday sales. I gave them to my fiance today - 23rd December - but they're not a style he likes. Fair enough, I thought I just had enough time to send them back and get a refund.

NOOOO. 883Police give you the absolute minimum they can for you to return your item - because I brought them in the sale, I only had 7 days to return the apparently! Thanks for letting me know from the outset.

Oh and I've just seen they're offering extended returns for purchases made in December - but they're not willing to offer for my purchase just 4 days earlier. Typical.

I think this is terrible customer service and a little goodwill goes a long way to pleasing your customers 883Police.

I certainly will not buy from this brand again, and would definitely advise others to avoid buying gifts/presents more than seven days in advance.
