I've always used 888Vapour Store on Newark Road, Lincoln, mainly due to the wonderful Customer Service that James has always provided, he's so knowledgeable and always gives the best advice. I have to add ,that, on a few occasions he's not been at work, the service was ok but really missed the extra mile James always goes to when visiting, he is a real credit to you at 888Vapour Store, if he ever leaves make sure his replacement has as much enthusiasm and expertise. Thank James always a pleasure doing business with you.
Great store
I started going in 888 vapour a few months ago I used to go elsewhere but anyway the shop is clean bright and lots to choose from . Staff are always pleasant and helpful and even better now we have a loyalty key fob 😊. Plenty of Nic salts flavours to choose from so I’m happy . 100% recommend. Oh and it’s lovely and convenient to get to you don’t have to go into town with the huddle and bussel of traffic. Keep up the good work guys 😊😊
Very frustrating
I had to chase my order, I was advised what I'd ordered was discontinued so I chose another. A few weeks later I see on the site there are 6 of what I wanted left; believing they actually had just 6 left i ordered them. I was then advised they were discontinued... I queried the availability on the site; no reply

I'd just like to praise the lady who served me at Spalding, Lincolnshire branch today. She really knew her stuff and recommended some great vape juices as I showed her the vape I use and explained how I buy cheap £1 ones elsewhere where it doesn't produce the vapour and you end up inhaling the liquid and your vape juices are such great quality compared to that other shop as theyre 3 for £10 on Drifters!!

Always LOVE visiting the Newark branch! Jayde is an amazing woman, who I can always have a laugh with and is SO super helpful when it comes to helping me figure out which devices are best etc. The entire experience is always a delight and I never have any anxiety when buying from this lovely shop!!
Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Sent me faulty refill pods that I had had before and were good. Tried to contact customer services four times using their system and never got a response.
Try to make things right
This was my first time ordering online from 888 vapour. I ordered with royal mail 24/48 hour shipping. Didn't receive a tracking number initially so after 3 days with the order still showing as order placed I thought I'd contact them.
Sent an email which wasn't replied to and the chat function seems to have varying degrees of attention. When the staff are available they are polite and helpful though.
I was told it would arrive the next day and I'd receive a new tracking number which never happened so contacted them again on the 6th day and someone gave me a tracking number and told me the parcel would be with me next day.
It did arrive this time but one of the items in my order was wrong. Not sure if it was a substitute or a mistake but I wasn't notified if it was a substitution.
Overall I'd just say I've had better experiences with vape shops in terms of customer service and speed. I don't really want to be spending time chasing up orders multiple times.
Just received an extra liquid in the post randomly to make my order correct. Overall they have tried to make things right which is all you can ask for from any business really

Absolutely horrible customer experience…
Absolutely horrible customer experience with this company, asked about a faulty mod, took them several weeks to reply to which they agreed to look at it and replace/refund if found to be manufacturing error,sent the mod back and never heard anything so had to chase them.
Finally got a response stating that the mod was found faulty and that I'd already received my replacement mod from instore (which I hadn't even visited).
Decided I'd had enough and requested a refund instead to which they agreed but still waiting for a response 7 days later.
At this point I have not had any response from 888vapor at all, haven't received a replacement/refund nor have they returned the original item. I wouldn't go near the online part of this company.
That being said I've never had a problem with the individual branches and the shops have been nothing but helpful in the past.

Superb service
Going into the 888 vape shop in Newark is always a positive experience. All the staff there are super positive, cheery and eager to help.
Today I went in, in a rush, to get some toffee vape juice. Jayde, the lady with superb pink hair served me swiftly and efficiently. It's always great to chat to her too when I'm not in a rush.
Highly recommended!!
One very unhappy regular customer
Went into Sleaford store today to exchange coils which I had purchased previously but was sold the wrong ones . Tyler is always helpful but on this occasion had made an error. As I hadn’t kept my receipt he refused to exchange or refund saying he hadn’t got the correct ones anyway. Over the years I have bought several vapes and hundreds of bottles of fluid but this clearly counts for nothing !! I won’t be going back , someone else can have the business, they clearly don’t value it!!!
Worst in store experience ever
Only scored 1 star because - is not an option!
We purchased a vape from in store (Newark Road) last Sunday.. it’s been leaking upon closer inspection the rubber grommet was splitting (which is something we have never thought to check when buying a new item )the rubber actually broke we went back to store on Thursday (earliest we could go back due to work) to be greeted by the most unhelpful member of staff called Callum, who said that this in not a defect! He was too interested showing off to two ‘little girls’ in the shop who I must say were equally rude as Callum including being verbally abusive and laughing in the shop that we were complaining, we asked for the managers details , surprise surprise this information was not forth coming! Callum advised he called his manager who told him to tell us not covered. I pointed out consumer rights, for Callum just to smirk at us. Because we could see we were getting absolutely no where with then asked could we buy a new pod to go on the vape which meant it could be used to be told no! When asked why he said he did not want to sell us it .. so ,888vapour if you train your staff to talk and treat customers like this, and to say they don’t want to sell anything to customers I don’t hold out much faith that your business will last
