I’ve been playing 8 Ball Pool for the past few weeks and initially really enjoyed it. But lately, the number of games I’ve lost due to “signal issues” has gotten ridiculous. My internet connection is strong, yet I keep getting penalised as if I disconnected.

I reached out to the developers, and all they offered was a tiny amount of gold—not even enough to buy back into the game I was unfairly booted from. It feels like the game is designed to draw you in and then push you to spend more and more. I’ve just deleted it as the final straw was getting to me to watch a video of another game for rewards that did not happen.

Total cash grab. Really disappointing. Save your money and avoid the frustration.

What a shame, it was great at first, but after playing for a while, you start to see how this game is all about taking your money. It's programmed that if you spend your money buying things, you will win more games, and when you don't, you can't win a game. The most obvious and frustrating thing is the number of times the white or black ball will end up in the pocket or snooker yourself and lose the game, it's now pissing me off.
I am more adept now to not spending any money.

I haven't played 8ball pool for several months due to all the cheats. I went back on the game today, played 3 20 million games and all 3 where cheats. What a joke mini crap are. They have let more rats on this game and do nothing. Stay well clear of this sh.te game of cheats

Unfair game full of hackers. I worked hard to earn coins, but one hacker match wipes everything. Even after reporting with video proof, support gives copy-paste replies and takes no real action. There’s no transparency or compensation. It's obvious they care only about money, not fair play. The game feels like a scam now. If I could leave zero I would

People are allowed to cheat and hack this game. I have been in so many games where I make a shot and the game resets with only one second to shoot again. This game is either hacked or some people are allowed to cheat. Skill does not mean anything when it comes to this game. It come down to whoever can hack the best. Very disappointing to people who play fair.

Whoever plays this game must be mad. It's so obvious you are playing mini crap computer. Or the cheating rats turn up and pot every ball off 4 cushions. Mini crap have allowed cheats to play for years and do nothing. Totally sh.te. I can't even call it a game

The game not playing fair games by peoples & many times I submitted the report in games but still game management are not improving the game they just giving offer of cues etc etc... many players playing with hack people are losing interest from game bcz of hack players but this cheap management still not working on this topic I hope now he take action on this

Terrible game!lucky spins lands on minimum winnings 99 times out of 100(possibility about 25%) also bought more than 300 scratch cards and also always got minimum winnings. Also they control who you play against depending on how much you spend on game!physics are not properly done and spins are not developed correctly! Also when complained about game error and lost coins because of that they just explained what I need to do to avoid it which I know how to avoid and that was not my fault. When asked support team if they can investigate it properly and refund me my coins which I lost because of that error they just said that it’s not possible! There are a lot of games where you can get refund if error happens and especially if you have proof- screen shots! DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS GAME!!!!

Sell outs spoilt this great game

Absolutely terrible game. Physics do NOT work on this game. You put backspin on a shot the white ball still follows it into the pocket like it's got a magnet on it. Whoever coded the physics has clearly never played pool before. It's filled with micro transactions that light up like a Xmas tree every time you log in. You can play the same shot 10 times and get 10 different results, absolutely no consistency. It's filled with stupid rules on the only tables worth playing at a higher level and as a result is a terrible pool simulator. Only reason it gets a star is because that's the minimum rating I can give it.

How about stop fixing the games. The g.e makers control who wins and who looses these games if you don't buy their coins they will make you loose a gourmo ey trying to force you to buy coins

They want you to play for bigger coins and rank you up against someone who is 20times higher than you.the game suck and no one needs to get it

Being run by indian company now, as a warning sign of scam there is a indian flag tuckled inside the app logo at indian ceo managed google's playstore. Paid customers who plays without using hacks/bots gets account blocked without playstore refund with message - ur account is blocked for exploiting the game when the customer care never utter a word if coin selling facebook pages of subcontinent are mentioned when contacted but keep repeating we will not unban ur account for best interest of our valued players. The Ceo & many other officials have subcontinental origin
