I live in the US and have purchased from 8BitBeyond twice now. They have amazing customer service and I can easily reach out to them at any time for help with an order. Their website shows that they have obvious love for video games because you will see exactly the item you're going to receive. They list if it comes with the manual, cover art, and case. I can not give a high rating for them! I highly recommend purchasing from them if you're tired of the over blown eBay prices!

The game I ordered arrived promptly, was exactly as advertised, and they emailed in advance to say shipping would be delayed by one day as they had installed a new battery. I’m really impressed and will definitely buy from them again in the future.

Item arrived in great quality and sooner than expected

Bought a Sega Mega drive console 2 from 8bitbeyond, arrived a couple days later. Everything in good condition, hooked up to tv and unit worked perfect. Pleased with my purchase and 8bitbeyond and will use them again for retro gaming. Thanks

2 games out of 5 didn’t work, but that’s the risk for buying 20+yr old used games for low prices. Those that do work, work as if new. Giving 4 stars as they could test the games before hand to check they do work. There is no information is the disc is playable. The only information is the condition of the disc itself. Would be good to know if it has been tested and confirmed playable.

I asked a question about a game on a Saturday evening and I didn't really expect a reply till possibly Monday. Which to my surpise was answered in mer minutes. The customer service was really friendly and helpful. Ordering was easy. Delivery was great my PS1 games were bubble wrapped. And everything came in great condition or as mentioned and shown in the photos. A great and genuine shop for online and I'd imagine instore too.
