Excellent service, communication and value for money!
I was impressed right from the beginning when I was offered the opportunity to see what my new website could look like before committing to anything financially. I was then given several pricing options depending on how much work I wanted done, which I really appreciated.
One of my main requirements was that I needed a website I could manage myself, and they listened carefully to what I wanted.
The communication throughout the whole process has been absolutely fabulous. I was constantly amazed at how quickly they responded to my questions, how thoroughly they addressed any concerns and how willing they were to go out of their way to find solutions. Whenever something needed explaining, they took the time to make sure I understood, including what was and wasn’t included in the work I’d requested.
My website is now live and I’m absolutely delighted with the result! They’ve also reassured me that I can still contact them if there’s anything I need clarified.
I genuinely feel I’ve received far more value for money than I could reasonably have expected. It’s been a pleasure working with them, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
