Nothing is too much trouble for Raj and…

Nothing is too much trouble for Raj and his team. They’ll go the extra mile to find the root of a problem. I changed my PCM unit like for like but Porsche didn’t supply all the supporting software to integrate the new maps. The guys at 911 SBD took the frustration away and dealt directly with Porsche to sort out the issue. Pleased to say all is working properly now. They know their stuff and have excellent customer service.

Excellent service

I took my 996 Turbo there for a major service and brake fluid change. They did the work in ~2.5 hours, including a clean and wash. A full inspection report is also provided with the major service

Their facilities are top notch: the workshop is big, bright and clean

Another great SBD experience

Went back to SBD because of a vibration-turned out to be moisture and lack of use - on a 15yr old car.
Jee and team sorted it out in no time - after having checked it via computer, visual inspection and test drive.
Did not take a penny either.
These guys are pros.

I have used 911 SBD for several years now for my 996 and can't recommend them highly enough. The level of workmanship in the workshop and bodyshop is superb, and they always go the extra mile. I would recommend them to everyone, they really do look after you and your car.

This is the best garage I have used in my life. A big statement, but their pricing, their service, their after care is exceptional. You can phone them during the year, if you feel a problem, and they know these cars inside out, and recommend a fix over the phone.

My only regret is that I didn't take my porsche there for the last 10 years! Could have saved a tonne of money and would have had a great service. I would recommend them as the best place to service your Porsche in london. I would take a brand new Porsche here now.

Best mechanics I have been to. Wouldn't go anywhere else

Have been visiting this garage for 4 years now and take both my cars there. Have recommended them to friends who all have a good experience. However my recent experience is what i am reviewing. I attended the garage with three problems and was prepared for a bit of a bill for these works. broken seat, knocking suspension and flashing oil light. Well they had my car for 3 days checking my suspension and trying to trace this knocking noise from suspension. Turns out suspension is in good working order and it was a spare wheel banging over bumps that just needed tightening. They ended up fixing this and one of the other issues for free and so my total bill involved a replacement sensor and just one hour labour. To me this shows they are honest people and this is probably the least I can do to say thanks.
