Ordered an exercise bike that my wife wanted for her birthday paid for nxt day delivery it never arrived so I phoned them they apologised and refunded the money for nxt day delivery and said its on its way after a week and a couple of emails in which one I got a response of DON'T WORRY YOU WILL GET IT after I told them I what i want for there customer service is disgusting

We fully understand how important it was for the exercise bike to arrive on time, especially as it was intended as a birthday gift. Unfortunately, the delay was caused by an issue with the courier, which was outside of our usual standards. That said, we take full ownership. Once we identified the problem, we spoke directly with the courier to ensure the item was located and delivered.
We also refunded the next day delivery charge promptly. However, we completely recognise that the communication from our side — particularly the message that said “Don’t worry, you will get it” — came across as dismissive. That’s not acceptable, and we’re truly sorry for the frustration this caused.
Please rest assured this was a one-off incident. We’ve since corrected the issue on our end and put measures in place to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
We value all feedback, especially when it highlights where we need to improve. If there’s anything else we can do to put this right, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

Josh is Simply the Best!
I have wanted a power sled for quite some time after researching the different types I opted for the XT3 V2 Plus wheeled multi-sled. It was time to choose the retailer and 925Health looked like a great choice.
My first step was to type in the chat and Josh was fast in responding, we chatted at length as I asked every question possible to be sure I was investing in the right product, and he was so helpful, professional and really patient even researching the finer details on my behalf - he was brilliant!
I placed my order for 3 items which was a little tricky but with support was accepted and then it was time for delivery. I missed my first delivery but Josh arranged (at no extra cost) a second next day delivery and my items arrived in great condition.
I will purchase from 925Health again, I do not feel like “just another customer“ instead I am a valued customer and they have demonstrated it’s important to them that I have a positive shopping experience - I highly recommend this company and I am so pleased I found them!

Great experience dealing with this company. I purchased the Origin Half Squat Rack Set and Attack Fitness Spin bike from them. Arrived in 3 days and in perfect condition! They did offer to assemble but we did it ourselves. The end result is just what we wanted! Will be back for more!
