PREDATORY AND HUMILIATION TACTICS

You get an email asking to call. Then, you get hung up on not once but twice. Then when somebody does decide to actually speak, you get yelled at and intimidated regarding what you work for a living and how many loans you have. They already had this information because I do not lie on my applications. They use predatory, ignorant, and unethical tactics. I am watching my bank account very closely for unknown debits. Be warned, go anywhere else but them.
