Marcus and all the team at Burleigh 99 are the best! the boys are alway willing to bend over backwards to help with everything.

Came into Burleigh store for an online click and collect order. Glitch in the system made it challenging to find the order. Staff were patient and sourced the order and part in no time. Great service and support!

I was not supplied with a manual or "Owners information and safety information" envelope - when I questioned this I was told "we dont do that".

When I got the bike home I discovered that the tyres were half flat, and turning the pedals produced a horrible grinding noise i.e. the bike was not rideable. No safety inspection was done on the bike when I picked it up, and I suspect was not done at all. I was also sold a bike stand that did not fit the bike. I took the bike back and they corrected the pedal noise and replaced the stand however.

The staff at the Burleigh store did not seem to care at all about whether I was happy or not, they had a "we don't care" attitude.

In short, the Burleigh store was the exact opposite of the Ashmore store - at Ashmore I was treated well and got a good bike; at Burleigh they were disinterested and had to be forced to do anything properly. I will not be going back to the Burleigh store again.

Always professional friendly service. Every time we shop at this store we get fantastic, very knowledgeable, personalised service. Would recommend this store to everyone!

We were going to buy a mountain bike but we weren't too sure what we were looking for or what was best for our situation. We spoke to a guy called Andy and were so surprised how much he helped us by asking us all about what we wanted to do, where we would be riding the most and told us about things we hadn't even thought off when choosing a Mountain bike. We went away with a great bike and feel we made the right choice. We are very happy. Thanks again Andy and 99 Bikes..

I had taken my bike in for a tune up and service after having issues with my hydraulic disc brakes. Full well knowing it would be better to replace some parts rather than try and keep them I told the team member whatever new parts it needs just let me know and I'll approve it because it was important to me to have the bike performing well. A new front hydraulic brake assembly was installed and needless to say it performs sub-par. The brakes struggle to stop me while travelling 5km/h in 1st gear on flat ground let alone down any sort of decline, it is actually a safety risk. Being a brand new brake assembly I would expect it to have no issues throwing me over the handle bars when I slam on the front brake, unfortunately this isn't the case.

Blair was absolutely amazing. He explained the bikes in a way that’s was easy to understand and nothing was too much to ask of him. He went above and beyond and it’s greatly appreciated. 5 stars.

Great experience, the shop was flat out but Patrick took the time to discuss my bike's needs and didn't try to sell me what I didn't need. The bike's service went well but it still had a couple of issues afterwards but each time I returned Patrick was patient and dealt with it immediately and professionally. Very impressed. Well done Patrick.

Purchase went well and we got all we purchased no problem. What I didn't get was any manual nor advice on how to use our new ebikes to get the best from our purchase. I worked out how to turn it on, charge it, and ride it. I will ask if there is any manual available for them and if not, as I suspect there isn't, I will have to learn through trial and error. Not a bad experience at all but it could have been a lot better for us.

These guys are great. They realised there was a miscommunication on a job done 14 months. It couldve been their fault or my fault - who knows. However they did the rectification for materials only cost and gave me the labour free. Sterling effort.

Blair explained to me the reasons for the bike I purchased, why it was better suited to me. He was patient when the store was very busy. The generous discount clenched the deal.
