Went in with one bike, came home with two!
Went to check out smaller sized bike under the Perfect Ride Guarantee. They were happy to do that but we actually solved the size issue with a new seat for the original one.
That done we asked to look at bikes for partner. Jay could not have been more helpful, Found the bike, sorted helmet and gloves, fitted lights and bottle cage. Patiently explained all we needed to know before sending us on way.
Went in thinking about changing one bike and came home with problem resolved and another new bike. Great service at 99 Bikes McGregor.

Merida Big Nine 60
Took my Merida Big Nine 60 back twice due to gearing issues, now I'm at the 3rd time with the same issue and they say i can not refund the bike even though its only been 3 weeks. This is not acceptable. I now have a bike i can not ride because every time i take it back and bring it home to ride it breaks again.
