I approached 99 Bikes to upgrade the cluster and wheel on my Canyon CF9. It required a complex matching of hubs, cluster and derailleur. Kush from 99 Bikes Phillip was able to investigate the problem and come up with a highly satisfactory workable solution.

I had a disappointing experience with 99 Bikes that I feel compelled to share. I purchased a bike for my child, only to discover that it was not safe for use. Unfortunately, the bike's brake snapped in half during a routine ride, raising serious safety concerns.
When I approached the store in Phillip for assistance, I was met with rudeness and a complete refusal to honor the warranty. Instead of helping, the staff dismissed my concerns and even declined to repair the bike when I mentioned leaving a negative review. This lack of customer service and accountability was incredibly frustrating.

I cannot recommend 99 Bikes, especially for families looking for safe and reliable products. It’s essential to prioritize safety, and my experience has left me questioning their commitment to it.

Their customer service is so unprofessional and offensive. The lady just laughed at me because english is my second language. It made me feel low in confidence. And labour prices are ridiculous . I won't recommend anybody to visit this place.

Super efficient and knowledgeable staff, perfect item, competitive pricing.

Staff were flexible with arranging to have it shipped to Sydney during a busy period.

Some issues though. Rear hydraulic line was routed to wrong side of frame (left).

Hydraulic line was sized for routing from left brifter across the headset to the port on the right side of frame. However it has been installed into the left of the frame. I'm looking to get this resolved during the complementary tune up.

Also the cranks that were delivered on the bike were not what was advertised. I understand that there are supply issues which caused this. I purchased (at a discount) the originally specified cranks which were installed. I should have received a spare set of cranks but they did not make it to Sydney.

Overall the staff did try to be flexible and accommodating during a busy period. However there are a couple of issues which I am looking to get resolved during the first complementary tune-up.

Very prompt answering any questions. Delivery guy stayed until I was 100% satisfied and confident in using my VAMOS Papa Grande trike. Highly recommend this company

Good price and click and collect was fast!

Online purchase was made easily with pick up in store option selected.
On arrival the guys had my order ready and i was on my way, i had a quick look at my order in the car prior to driving away and realised the shop had supplied shorts instead of pants which is what i ordered.
I returned to the shop and they sorted it out quickly. I think it just come down to attention to detail. Pants are awesome, sizing is perfect.

Quick and Responsive Click & Collect.. Was ready within the hour. I will use again next time i need parts

The staff at Phillip are always amazing and going above and beyond.

I wanted a floor pump and was given very good advice as to which one was best. Settled on a JetBlack Biggest Fella and it's a ripper. Large gauge, big volume and also has a "Clever Valve" which connects to either Presta or Schrader valves.

Staff are amazing. The team leader Bec has great product knowledge and her customer service is first class. Other staff members also made my experience what it should be.

Great staff, very helpful, always answer questions with a smile and compliment me on my sneakers lol.

Helpful and friendly staff assisting in sourcing bikes not in stock in store. Unfortunately other store needed several reminders to action transfer request. Understand that all stores have been more busy than usual. Prices are good and you get sense of value for money. Will keep using store.

Order ready for collection quicker than anticipated. New bike mount much more robust than the one that came with the light originally. Happy so far.
