I ordered a box of ferro rocher that came with flowers, a flower arrangement, fuit cake, basket of fruits, kilo of dry fruits and a bunch of balloons for my mother's birthday on jan Jan 8th,2025 to be delivered on Jan 19th, 2025. All this cost me 8000 rupees. They delivered everything except the flower arrangement. Tried contacting the customer service through whatsapp messages and calling. No response. Doesn't pick up the call. This is straight up robbery. Also the product doesnot match the pics on their website. It's very disappointing to cheat customers that are abroad that are trying to gift their loved ones on a special occassion. DONOT USE THEIR SERVICES. ABSOLUTE FRAUDS!!!!

This is a Fraud agency. I paid 6099/- Rs for delivery of Champagne of Sula brand , a box of Ferroro Rocher Chocolate and a bouquet of roses. Instead of the Champagne which generally costs 3000/- Rs, a bottle of cheap sparkling wine of Rs 800/- was delivered. The flowers were old too. When tried to contact, the owner/ incharge at the given number on website flatly refused and did not pick up the call. I have been cheated of Rs 4000/- Rs by this 99 bloom gift delhi agency. Request everybody not to employ their services. They are pathetic and cheats.

Very poor customer care executive response , charging a lot of delivery changes. No timely response.

Pathetic service, was mistake choosing this site for cake delivery.

Very poor service. They don't have stuff like flowers available with them but they take your order. Next thing they do is call you at the last moment to inform that they don't have the product with them so either cancel your order or go with what they have. Really such unprofessional behaviour is not expected from these sites. If you can deliver just in metros then mention it just don't go bragging that you deliver throughout the country. And in case you don't have the product with you at least have the decency to tell the buyer before hand. My experience with them is very bad.
