Poor Business Attitude
Ordered a Pelagic t-shirt that I bought in Florida last year and received a crappy Nike sweat shirt that you can buy in a Pound Shop.
They even admit that it's their error.
Despite a lot of correspondence - mostly of which has been ignored - I am still left with the Nike sweat shirt - it's not even the correct size so I can use it for fishing!
I've asked for a return address and have been informed that the postage costs outweigh the value of what I originally ordered. They were prepared to give me a 20 percent refund of £30, which I haven't accepted.
They now won't respond to any emails.
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY - I THINK IT'S A SCAM.

It was my third holiday trip with 9holidays.co.uk, everything went as planned. Easy transaction, excellent holiday, great value for money and would certainly use this site again and I would like recommend to my family and friends.
