Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased a hoodie from their website, depicted in a photo on their website as a hoodie and described as a hoodie, and they incorrectly shipped me a t shirt. They have refused to exchange the shirt for the hoodie I purchased and do not accept returns. Thankfully I used my discover card and will file a dispute however I am happy to leave reviews warning others of this scam of a site whenever and wherever I can. AVOID THIS “COMPANY”.

They claim they canceled an order ...3 to 5 business days ...they don't even have a customer service phone number and their customer service email support are rude so now I have gotten my bank involved to get my refund back. DO NOT ORDER FROM 9TEE.....THEY RIP U OFF AND LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I love the shirt but when I tried it on the sleeve wholes are to big and you can see my bra, otherwise it is the right size.

My shirt is beautiful. It fits perfect

The whole experience was top notch. I love my tee shirt, it is definitely me, and I'm keeping this vendor on file for future use. You should use them too.

I received 2 faulty t shirts which is bad enough in itself, but not to be able to get a refund is worse!
