It’s about two (2) weeks only since I started my journey with Mit (9to5flipping course) and all I can say is that I am very satisfied for everything and the money spent for the course is worth it; because I can feel that’s a course of knowledge and expertise …. First, the owner Mit, he's the real deal. He's out there every day doing what he teaches. Second, I was blown away by the fact he texted me personally to see how I was progressing in my business. The courses in MIT’s community are very detailed and great to learn from. It’s good to have resources available to you on hand when you need them. Being a part of a community with like-minded individuals is key to succeed and if you’re not learning from someone who has already done the work then you are setting yourself up for failure.

Very intentional with the teachings and have an ever growing community where you can network and ask questions whenever you need to. Great guidance and a great team in general!

Mit is a great coach! I’ve been with the program for a year and a half and my goal is to purchase one income property per year remotely. I now own two duplexes. I am now going to start mixing wholesaling in this year and see how that works. If you want great coaching without the fluff, this is easily the best place to be!
