It’s not as though i liked NordVPN to…

It’s not as though I’m liked NordVPN to begin with. The auto connect feature never really worked so I was always having to manually connect to servers. But the updated app is terrible. The app would never connect to my network. After a week of troubleshooting with support I got it working by disconnecting the Ethernet connection from my Firestick and reconnecting. The problem is the connection keeps dropping so I’m having to do this multiple times a day on multiple TV’s. NordVPN is the only app where this is happening so they can’t blame it on my hardware

NordVPN won’t give me a refund for the down week where I had no VPN and so I’m stuck with this crappy product for another year. Lesson learned I was told ExpressVPN was the better product but I paid for NordVPN for 2 years already. I’m basically stuck with this useless VPN

Total fraud, refund is a lie

Total fraud, refund is a lie.

Only dark patterns everywhere. Marketing said we can get a refund first 30days with no questions, but if you cancel auto-renewals, you lose your refund. Extra streaming content on other countries is a scam. Bad product, bad service.

Strong and Reliable VPN service...

Never any issues with the product/tool. Offers a variety of VPN connection types, never a disruption, locks in added security for my online activities. User interface is easy, love the connection map & other security and threat protection activities visual. They also offer some good add on products and services you can consider. I was using Surfshark for a while but that ended up being a total mess. Switched to NordVPN, had some app issues on my computer which they helped get addressed, and smooth sailing since. Pricing is good.

The only thing which I havent been able to get working effectively is Meshnet file sharing across unified devices on the same account. Probably more user error, but also not super important considering other cloud file services already in place.

Accurate Diagnosis of Problem and Efficient Solution

The assistant was able to reach out to further support team, which is able to diagnose and confirm the problem (the installer not able to run properly), and provide solution (an additional installer download url) accordingly. Both collaborate efficiently when trying to solve the problem, and they also show well-trained and professional manner when answering questions.

Excellent Customer Support

I had a problem with the communication between my computer and printer. I thought it was the VPN. One of the customer support persons spent 2 hours or so trying to help me. We did not resolve the issue together, however it was a simple fix of removing the printer from windows and readding it. The level of knowledge and effort I received was above and beyond expectations. Thank you Nord VPN!

Random $100 Charges

I paid for services over a year ago and was unhappy with the product. Internet was always very slow anytime I had the VPN active. Because of this, I haven't renewed the service in two years. Then, two days ago, I was randomly charged $100 for a 1 year renewal and their policy supposedly is no refunds for renewals... Customer service is a joke and they don't even have a BBB account to resolve these issues with. SCAM
