Non delivery of goods, multiple email exchanges.. won’t give me a full refund and had the nerve to ask me why I would want one!! Asked if 5% back was fair… are you actually joking?? Going via bank for this refund now.. don’t be fooled by the techno website ….

I’m giving A DAR three stars overall. My order eventually arrived, and they did sort out the shipping issue, but the delay was longer than expected, and the tracking updates weren’t very helpful at the time.

That said, the product itself deserves five stars. It feels well-made, works as advertised, and I’m genuinely impressed with the build quality.

So in short: great product, mixed experience with the delivery. If the shipping side improves, they’d easily earn a higher rating from me.

I placed an order in August but still (December) haven't received the product. When I query, the customer service responds weeks later, offering me a discount on my next order, but doesn't tell me when they will dispatch my order, nor will refund me the money.

Do not go near this company they are unprofessional, poor communication skills and are not fit to call them selves a company.
Give a wide birth. Do not buy anything it doesnt arrive and unlikely you will get a refund. They send out the same email offering 5% refund, even when you haven't received anything. Tried to cancel 2 days after ordering, 10 emails later no product and no refund.

Claimed delivered on 24th of November but received nothing asked for proof of purchase, nothing, contacted their support team sending all details in of order Number and tracking, they have now asked for the same details 3 times, keep getting same reply of we are looking into it.
I feel they are just a scam company NEVER BUY FROM THEM

Having already written to Trust pilot with my complaint that I never received the item I paid for I still haven’t had any recompense from the company.
This is just a company that takes your money and has no intention of providing the item paid for. Don’t fall for their marketing!!

I wish there was a zero. This company is clearly a scam. Goods ordered and not received. Someone calle Lea Döhring has asked me for my order number 5 times and now “Why I haven’t received my order”, which is obtuse and vexatious. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Buyer beware !!!! Placed order over 3 weeks ago - no updates just automated responses when contact customer services !!! SCAMMERS !!!!!!

In my case they did send me batteries although it took a month. When they arrived they were rose gold! Not the space grey I ordered. I’ve exchanged 40+ emails with Lea Dorring from customer support who is just keeping me in a loop, asks the order number every time despite me stating it on every email!

I contested through my credit card and then they corresponded properly with the card company showing order confirmation & delivery confirmation and one email offering a return for the wrong colour! Funnily enough they failed to send any other emails where I responded to the return request but they’ve still yet to send the prepaid label!!

Do not buy from this company. Worst customer experience I have ever had!

Update (28 Apr 2026): Must be some kind of sick joke. They threatened to send me to the debt collectors again. Now finally got an apology plus a 10% discount off my next purchase as compensation. Seriously?
Update (25 Nov 2025): Spoke too soon. Now they are threatening if I don’t pay for the goods I never received they will take legal action. Bring it on I say 🤣
Update (20 Aug 2025): DHL confirmed packets successfully delivered back to company.
Update (13 Aug 2025): Got my money returned by the bank (not the company). What a total nightmare, so happy it is over.
Edit with update (11 Aug 2025): Now they are trying to send another powerbank. I refused delivery of this one too.
Edit with update (10 Aug 2025): Although the orders were cancelled they tried to send the products, coincidentally after I notified my bank. I rejected the parcel electronically and immediately explained why by emailing customer support. Claim is still pending with the bank.
Original post (status at 6 Aug 2025): Ordered two powerbanks in early July and they have not even been shipped yet. No reply from customer support - tried by phone, chatbot, and email. Have now cancelled the orders and have lodged a claim with my bank to get the money back. Never again!

So, after a major delay of the item and then writing email after email, ending in finally saying I'm returning the item by not accepting the shipment, I am now being threatened with legal measures if I don't pay for the said item, of which I never accepted delivery for. Unbelievable company, seriously.

absolutely awful, simply don't work, should have read the reviews first! complete & utter scam, WARNING they try & take down all these bad reviews by saying they're not genuine but I have email proof & the faulty products still

Order1013, review taking down, absolute scam of a company , ordered over a month ago, 22 emails sent, 2 ridiculous replies asking why I want a refund and they will give me a 5% refund as a gesture of good will, complete scammers , they will try to take this one down as well, do a charge back on your card/bank, you can do this if you do not get your product within 4 weeks. Remember these are a complete shower of scammers.

I ordered on September 22nd and received it on November 11th.

Incredibly long wait for this product, especially when promised a quick delivery on their website.

Terrible customer service to go with it, after a 2nd email they responded to me saying they’d look into it then just disappeared.

The actual product itself is good, but not worth the 2 month long wait time you have to endure, just get a Powerbank elsewhere if you need one.

It has a phone stand, it’s very slim, it has 5000mAh capacity and a small LCD display that shows the battery, along with the ability to charge 2 things at once (one wirelessly and one via wire)

The slim charge pro 5000mAh that comes with it is a standalone 1/10 product. They still bothered to write designed in Germany on the back aswell but I’ve genuinely gotten a better wireless Powerbank from Temu.
It’s light, feels really really cheap, the magnets barely allow it to hold onto the phone and it doesn’t even have small LED holes or something similar to give you an indication of how much charge there is.

I would have been happier if they just didn’t include that waste of battery along with it

On a more positive note, both power banks are able to communicate with your phone so you can check your phone to see the power bank’s current battery life.

And the main Powerbank allows for pass through charging.

Wish I checked these reviews first. Charger never arrived,all sorts of meaningless emails. Disputed the charge with my credit card company so did not pay. Do not order from this company, it is all rubbish.

my order was in September and I got it in December, after sending emails after emails and asking for tracking numbers.
But the product is very good, it also came with a little gift, so I’m happy in the end.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOT!! My experience matches many before me. No delivery, no responses to countless emails, although I did get one response but that gave an empty promise of a refund. Why even promise a refund?!!! Awful. Thank goodness I paid by credit card.

Scam. Package arrived empty 6 weeks after ordering. When I challenged the company they said they would look into it. That was back in August. I have sent 3 further emails each month with no response.

On 16.8.2015, NordCharge – Magnetische PowerBank + SlimCharge (Order number #114558) but have not received the order yet. When I contact the support, I am being reassured. A person named Lea Döhring promises to take care of my order, but this has not been fulfilled yet. I also have not received my money back. I advise against ordering from this company. It is a scam.

iI ordered 2x Nordcharge magnetic power banks with a slimcharge and all looked very plausable after doing some checks and watching a review. The product never came in the allotted time and 4 emails later saying they will look in to the issue there is still no product nd no offer of money back. THESE SORT OF PARASITES NEED SHUTTING DOWN AND CRIMINL CHARGES PRESSED
