I am so frustrated with this company. I cancelled an order at the very moment I accidentally placed the order. The next day I was informed that my refund should be returned within 5-7 days. After several weeks and numerous emails and telephone calls I am still waiting for my refund. My refund was promised within 24 hours after a number of phone calls two weeks later I am still waiting. I contacted the company again today and was assured that I would receive the refund by the end of the day.
Still no refund. I have been very patient and polite but my patience is running low.

The final result is always a great one!! Giselle has definitely mastered her craft. I don't need to even speak she knows exactly what to do & never disappoints. Overall, never had a bad experience with the company or any of its staff - they are amazing

I travel from afar to trust A List with my hair and styling, and they never disappoint! The stylists are always on point, taking their time to ensure I look amazing. I've had various appointments and each time I feel special and well cared for. From the moment you arrive, they're attentive - taking your coat, offering a hot or cold drink, and making you feel at ease. Whatever the appointment, everyone gets treated like a VIP. Highly recommend! Ella 🌟⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Unfortunately it was such a flop travelling all the way to which was supposed to be a great service from what you can see on Instagram🥴
She didn't even trim my wig properly. It's now botched. And knots not dyed properly 😒
On top of that , the staff that were so rude , not even a greeting just "have you booked an appointment, nothing but eyes rolling, nasty attitude, literally no professionalism , from the stylest.
I'm sure the stylest plucked some of my own hair😒.
Very unnecessary. I won't be returning !
Such a shame , because i've been meaning to come to this place for ages
don't respond to my experience. (Because you know exactly how you behaved)

I bought one of these wigs, what can I said it’s the best wig I have ever bought. The wig came so quickly and it’s absolutely beautiful I love it. Definitely going to make another purchase soon. Only downside for the price I expected to get a bonnet with my purchase.
Just love it ❤️ best wig ever. Thank you so much

Brought my 2nd wig and very happy on both occasions. The Halima wig is amazingly natural looking and good quality. The first one lasted a year and a half and probably would have last longer if I took more care of it. The 2nd one purchased on my recent visit 3rd September when I flew over to London and the customer service and fitting etc was exceptional. I would highly recommend A List Lace Hair. The staff are friendly and polite and very accommodating esp if you have alopecia as I do.
I will always be shopping with them.May the continue to grow and not lose their special touch with customers. Thanks also to my stylist T.

My hair looked amazing. Customer service was great delivery 2days. Am new to the wig game. My stylist made me feel warm welcoming and really helped me feel confident again. My appointment was on the 20th @ 11:30 was seen on time, offered tea or water. She spoke to me throughout and was reassuring me. I love my wig and am really happy. Honestly I don’t buy from anywhere and am glad I brought my wig thank you Alist. I would be back as soon as my wig comes in stock you got a customer for good now thank you. ❤️

I purchased The AMELIA - 5x5 Closure Wig (HD Lace Body Wave, Glueless Human Hair, 180% Density) at the beginning of May and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing.
Despite being advertised as 100% human hair, the wig feels synthetic. It sheds excessively, tangles badly, and becomes frizzy after minimal wear. It does not respond to heat styling the way human hair should and quickly became unmanageable.
I wore it only a couple of times each week and within two months it was completely unusable. I’ve since had to purchase a replacement from another company far sooner than expected, as this one did not hold up at all.
When I contacted customer service, though their response was quick, they refused a refund due to their return window, even though the product clearly did not meet the quality advertised. I’ve also noticed several other customers reporting the same issues, which makes me think this is not an isolated case.
For the price point, this is unacceptable. I won’t be buying from A-List Hair again and would advise others to be cautious.

Giselle was amazing, she explained every product that she used in my hair. She went above and beyond to make sure the lace colour matches my skin tone. She was very friendly. She explained to me how I should take care of my wig. I will definitely buy more hair and recommend to my friends.

I bought a wig a few years ago and it was OK a bit shorter than I wanted it .It was a straight hair .I went into the store and brought it and got fitted .This time I bought it online via their online shop .It is more synthetic than real hair .I would say 20 percent real and the rest PLASTIC .
It reminds me of the sort of hair We used to buy in shepherd's bush market .
It was called ocean wave .It came in a nice box but was very dull looking .£400 plus .I would have expected better quality. I have to plait it at night to give it any sort decency .That's what we did in the old days with semi plastic hair .
The box said Brazilian hair .At least they ommited calling it a 100% human hair .So there was some truth in the marketing .I wouldn't do that in my profession for all the money in the world
And I bet I cannot dye it

I have worn and shopped around for wigs for years now and decided to try A-List hair. The customer service has been great after I had a lot of questions to ask.
I was worried to receive my hair after reading these reviews however I was so so amazed at the speed the hair arrived and the hair itself!
I’ve ordered hair from lots of places and this has been the best so far.
The hair is thick, the lace is honestly non existent (genuinely can’t tell it’s a wig), the curl has stayed but I haven’t washed it yet so if anything changes I will update this review. So far I am so happy and will buy future wigs from here.
UPDATE:
I completely forgot to come back! The hair is still in great condition and the fact that a-list hair provides a revamp service is amazing. Still so happy and a returning customer 🥰

I absolute love this place.
The girl who helped me with my wig (I think her name was Ines?) was lovely and super professional.

I ordered the The NAOMI 26 inch full lace wig - the moment I opened the box, there was a very bad smell; it smelt like fish!! the wig itself was a bit matted - it was not silky smooth as advertised. The ends of the wig were very thin. It did not fit well and it is not secure even with the strap. I am extremely disappointed and I will not be ordering ever again - this was my second order - the first wig I bought, matted after using it only twice. I thought I'd give them another chance, but I should've trusted my gut instinct. very bad quality overall - the wigs sold on their website can be found on asian websites for a fraction of the price!

They are scammers. All the reviews are fake because of how many complaints they are receiving. I will not be buying from them ever again. I had bought 4 wigs from them previously and they are not worth the price. Some came extremely thin at the end and some very thick but balds so quick that I am wondering where do they get these wigs from because other companies wigs last longer than 4 months. Save your money and look at the date of the reviews, very fishy. I am so disappointed and wish I spent my money else where.

I bought two wigs from them : The AMELIA - 5x5 Closure Wig and the The ADA - 5x5 Closure Wig Invisible HD Lace Deep. The Amelia was bought in May 2024 and the Ada in October 2024. I wore the Amelia wig for my birthday. Shipping was fast and the wig seemed fine however, after a week it matted shed and tangled so bad I had to wash it and put it up. The wig became so hard after washing, no amount of conditioner would soften it back to the original texture. Thinking I got a bad batch I went ahead in October and got the Ada in October. Different texture and i was hoping to get a better experience. Once again the wig lasted a week but I was able to hide how bad the wig was because it was curly. Now in February I've only wore this week on 4 occasions for a maximum of 1 week. 5 days in October, 5 days in December, 5 days in January and now 3 days in February and the wig is shedding by the clumps. Not breaking but absolutely shedding from the roots. The wig is hard and it seems like the closure is a different hair from the actual rest of the hair. The hair matts to the point where if its worn for 2 hours its matted. I spent under an hour on the road and the Amelia hair was matted to the point of never wearing again. It now feels synthetic like mixed fibres and I feel like I've wasted my money. DO NOT BUY THIS HAIR! Honestly just try your luck on amazon or aliexpress.

I got the Amelia body wave 24inch 5x5 glueless wig, When you first get the hair it’s fine, hair is soft and feels good. The density was 180 and wasn’t bad. However it didn’t feel full at the top.
But this is where the positives stop. After about a 3 of wearing it, taking it on and off, it started tangling so I had to keep brushing it constantly and using dry shampoo, day 4 anad 5 and 6 it’s started matting so I was brushing it aggressively just to untangle the hair. I finally decided to wash it and deep condition, making sure to thoroughly brush out all the tangles and any bit of matting.
During the wash the hair started matting again and almost felt like rubber or plastic rather. It became hard. No amount of conditioner was helping. I still brushed as much as I did. It was pointless. I let it air dry and when it finally dried the hair had turned into dolls hair. The hair is absolutely rubbish. Horrible hair. Typical of these companies I don’t know why I thought they were different. The same as every other rubish imported factory hair. All I’ll say is if your happy to spend money for a short term thing like maybe an event or to wear for a couple days etc then absolutely buy the wig. But just know once you wash it is over. They do next day delivery which is good. So if you only want to wear it cuz u need something asap then buy it as itll look good for 3 days. Waste of money

I ordered on the 30th of September and feel enough time has passed to leave an accurate review of the wig I purchased. I bought a Phoebe 22” unit for £440. Straight out of the box I had few complaints, the fit was well and the wig was soft and looked good. However, the ends were thin and ratty and felt it did not justify calling it 22” as the hair really started thinning out at about 18” of length. The colour was also not reflective of the site pictures; the wig I received was much more of a brassy yellow than the platinum pictures on site. I tried purple shampooing it but clearly the hair was not a light enough blonde to lift to a more ashy colour. I decided to wear her anyway.
Immediately after only about a week of wearing I noticed CONSTANT tangling. The hair started to feel rough and straw like and was matting badly especially at the nape of the neck. I understand blonde wigs obviously have a lot more damage than virgin hair, but other bleached units I have bought before (different sellers) have lasted way longer than a week before tangling started to become a problem. I’m versed in wig maintenance; no amount of deep conditioning, hair masks or silicone treatment was able to have any effect on the amount of tangling I was experiencing. The only thing that would quickly help was using a flat iron, except as this became a necessity I was aware of how much heat damage I was putting it through just to make it wearable.
The wig quickly downgraded into what I would call “unwearable” very fast. By December it was like a rats nest, my only choice to make it look somewhat “ok” was to wear it up constantly so people couldn’t tell how awful it looked. Because of the tangling, matting and heat damage I was experiencing a LOT of breakage and the 22” I started with had soon become just below shoulder length.
The conclusions I drew; A list lace hair, at least for their blonde units, does NOT use cuticle aligned hair. Given the almost £500 price tag this is NOT the quality I would expect. No amount of restorative treatment will fix hair that isn’t cuticle aligned and I spent SO much extra money on products on top of this to try and fix it, which was futile, because the hair itself is terrible quality.
I now wear a platinum 16” unit from a different seller and the difference in quality when you wear cuticle aligned hair is astonishing. No tangling, silky smooth. My 16” unit is also the same length as the 22” A list claimed their unit was. I could not justify ever buying hair from here again.

Hello everyone. This is the review you were looking for and the one I wanted to read here (forgive my English because I am a french speaker).
Let’s start !
I ordered the Serena Unit 20" inches. My height is 1m62 or 5.3ft. So a 20 inches wig on me looks like a 24 inches on an average height. The hair covers my entire shoulders and my shoulder blades. Which is exactly what I wanted. I am glad I did the right choice with the length. My advice for you is: If you are way taller than me, and want this particular wig to cover completely your upper back like me, you should pick the 24" inches. The rule being the taller you are the longer you should go for.
My first observation: The length.
A-List Lace Hair sells real lengths. You will be positively surprised. Most hair companies lie about the lengths of their bundles and wigs. For example, they will make you pay a crazy amount of money for a 16" inches wig, claiming it is a 18" or 20" inches one. But A-List will sell you the real 20" inches to the point you will think it’s actually a 24" inches. Please, do not get scammed elsewhere again!
My second observation: The density.
The density is perfect. It’s thick (very good volume). They sell 150% density, which I thought would not be enough because I like my wig thick. But again, I was worried for nothing. Their 150% density is the 180% or the 200% density that other hair companies claim to sell. I realised we have been fooled for so long. My wig is really really thick as you can see, but natural looking too. So don’t worry.
My third observation: The texture.
This wig is as soft as coton. It has movement. It is not stiff. The hair has a wonderful natural curly texture. It is obvious that no chemicals have been added to create « perfect » curls. Good job on this guys!
My fourth observation: The Size of the wig.
I have a big head and a LOT of hair. I was afraid it wouldn’t fit. But it does fit !!! I am so happy. It’s perfect like they took my measurements. And if it fits me it will fit you lol. If you have a smaller head it will fit too. Or if you are doubting, you have the possibility to send them your exact head measurements. You will receive a custom made unit.
My fifth observation: The shedding.
I read some comments about their wigs shedding a lot. I wrote this review after almost a month wearing it, I combed it, I put mousse on it, run my fingers in it, I used hot comb on the front…
NO shedding observed at all. This is my experience… And I am glad I didn’t listen to those comments about the shedding.
My sixth observation: Tangles?
No. Hair is just perfect. Nothing more to add.
My seventh observation: The Lace and customisation.
A-List use HD lace. Which is an invisible thin lace suitable to get the most natural hairline possible. It blends on the skin. No it melts on the skin. Just buy it to understand.
Talking about the customisation, it’s nice. The knots are lightly bleached and the lace is nicely plucked as they advertise.
My eighth observation: The Smell and the state.
The cap is obviously new with that fresh scent. The same as when you just enter in a new car. It smells good. I love it. It made me feel good. There is also a light nice perfume as it is certainly carefully washed after customisation, so no need to wash again. It is clean.
My ninth observation: Glueless ? Really?
YES ! I wear my wig without any glue, no gel, not even a spray. Nothing ! It’s is 100% glueless and SECURE. It takes me 30 seconds to get ready. I am not even exaggerating.
My tenth observation: The shipping.
They are trustworthy. Make sure you order from them on their website. They will ship and ship fast.
They offer free worldwide shipping too via DhL express.
Conclusion: A-List Lace Hair is 10/10+10 minus nothing❤️👏🏾😂.
A game changer! The way my Serena Unit makes people stop and stare ! It’s even a little embarrassing to be the center of attention everywhere I go now.
I will definitely order from them again.
Thank you A-List !

I really want to share how pleasant, welcoming, knowledgeable and understanding of the staff at A List Hair studio. They listened carefully to what I wanted and helped me choose a perfect style. The quality of service and attention to detail exceeded my expectations which made me feel confident and beautiful. I experienced professionalism of the staff throughout. What made it even more special (and to my surprise) was that I was presented with a beautiful bouquet of flowers (I had mentioned that I was preparing to celebrate an upcoming birthday in a few days time). This was such a kind gesture that truly brightened up my day! I highly recommend A List Hair to anyone looking for a personalised top-notch experience.

First visit to A List Hair. Jo and Toya looked after me so well. After a complete disaster with another hairdresser that damaged my fragile mixed race curly hair irreparably and will take a year if not more to recover and grow I needed a solution and fast. Jo was kind, patient knowledgeable and supportive and guided me through some options. I left the salon looking and feeling great with my new hair and I can’t thank them enough. So if you’re struggling with hair loss or damage give Jo a call, trust me, you’ll be safe in her hands.
