If I could give negative stars I would horrible people to deal with never buy from here as it will be a huge mistake

I would buy Kenwood or other big brands paying over 499 for the head units but A-Sure do it better and for factor of the price. I got my head unit for 90 UK pounds. I always buy a A-Sure for my car,love the products.

Product works excellent and very quick. Also customer service was great for the entire process.

Absolute garbage. The Satnav only works for the US. The Bluetooth does not work. The worst electrical product of any description l ever bought. What annoys me is l had to pay someone to install it then pay again to take it out. I am writing this as a warning to others.

Having just purchased a used vehicle with an A-Sure unit already installed (but not correctly setup) I contacted them on several occasions explaining my situation and that I would like access to an electronic user/installation manual if available or some email assistance, each time I was bluntly asked for my eBay purchase details (once in German) before they would even communicate with me, awful support attitude IMHO.
The date I have specified is the date of the last of my three attempts.

Installation instructions could have been more clear.

Poor support and very slow responses. The product is of poor quality, including the rear camera and DAB.

I brought a-sure carplay system for my car. It keeps cutting out so i contact them. Then i sent it back so thay can update or replace the unit. And it still keeps cutting out. I will never buy one again from a-sure

Purchased a 10.1 head unit to replace the factory fit radio 6 months ago and am still trying to install it so it works correctly. the installation instructions only show where the wiring blocks attach to the back of the interface which is pointless as the wiring blocks are all different sizes so you can't go wrong even without instruction. The unit is vehicle specific but no instruction as to which one of the two connection blocks to connect. A-sure give no warning about the head unit draining the car's battery, I got stuck in a situation where I had to buy a new battery to get home. Out of the 8 facia retaining clips I only have 4 left as when you find you have to take the unit out the clips then spring off and disappear down the back of the dashboard and are unretrievable. I emailed A-sure and explained this and asked to purchase more clips but they had no idea what clips I was talking about, even though the installation fixings supplied are 4 screws and 8 identical clips. There is no technical help at all. I have had to scour the internet to find solutions from other purchasers because the A-sure website offers nothing with links that are unresponsive. First and last item I will ever buy from this company.

Support very good, installation instructions for w211 improvement worthy. Radio doesn't have a split screen.

Bought the car radio from Aliexpress.com . Radio never worked , saler refuses the return. No customer protection from Aliexpress , they reimbursed half the price ..what good is it for something that can only go to the garbage. Contacted A-sure by mail , after giving them all the information they asked , no more answer , no customer service at all. avoid A-sure products and buying from Aliexpress

Android radio faulty. Message from the beginning: "Tablet is booting". But it does not start. Support wanted to send a return bill 2 days ago because they want to test the radio. Waiting for the bill for two days. Support does not read everything I write. Does not answer all questions. Too bad. I thought buying directly from the manufacturer would be a good idea.

One or two issues with android auto but over all does the job

Bought an android car radio for an Audi A3 on Ali Express, directly from A-Sure more like an A-Frode and had to send off twice the head unit, the 3rd radio after a week it started to have issues again,with apple car play, rear speakers won’t work when with the previous head unit did, rear speakers interferences noises, seller given excuses after excuses, wait for engineer to reply when nobody has ever responded by on Ali express or their gmail email address… they literally ignore you as you can see when they see the messages, they honestly steal your money and run for the hills… don’t buy from this fraudulent company. A year of fully ignoring my messages.
