Good option for small businesses
I started to cooperate with "Accounting Wise" for the accounting work of my company, which has a very complicated past.
We had some disagreements at the beginning, in order to avoid this, I recommend that you discuss all the details of your company in writing before cooperating. Because they may not be able to help at some points, for example, they cannot be a representative for your company regarding VAT. I did not know this until the moment I was going to apply for VAT and I had to look for a different company for VAT.
After you fully discuss what kind of picture you want to make, they do their job really well.
If you are lucky and work with Stephanie, she will really do her best.
Therefore, I recommend "Accounting Wise" and especially Stephanie.

We would have appreciated a chance to address your concerns before you left a negative review, however, we understand that the complaint has been successfully resolved and that you have remained a customer of ours.
To address the points you raised, all correspondence with us was responded to within our SLA of 24 hours. The specific question you are referring to related to a historical VAT registration filed by a third party. This was chargeable because VAT did not form part of your original package with us and took longer to resolve because your Client Manager had escalated your query in order to assist you. Services are discussed in detail during the onboarding call which may have prevented some of the confusion, however you opted out of this, preferring to communicate via email instead.
Furthermore, we can see you have mentioned the below items as not having been provided and would like to explain how they fit into our service:
Regular tax efficiency and business recommendations – We provide advice throughout your service with us and keep you informed of any relevant changes to HMRC rules. Furthermore, when we are preparing the accounts & Tax Returns, we perform tax efficiency reviews and advise on this where required.
Representation in the event of an HMRC investigation – This would be in relation to any work carried out by us and not a Third Party, and covers you for various compliance checks.
Business guides and resources – These are available to you from our portal throughout your engagement with us.

After 5 fails with UK accountants I found the right ones
After trying to find the good accountants company in UK and after 5 failed trials, that cost me a lot of money. I found Accounting Wise.
In the beginning there were some issues, but most caused by the previous accountants and team on e-wise helped me to understand the hard reality on what was done wrong by last accountant. But after we started working, all looks smooth. I can say it after one year working together and all ongoing things are sorted out.
