Ordered a signed and framed Jack…
Ordered a signed and framed Jack Grealish photo, arrived quickly. Paid £70 for a premium framing service and when it arrived the framing did not include glass or a wire to hand the photo on a wall! Having collected memorabilia for 30 years, this is the cheapest, poorest framing I’ve ever had. It’s simply a pre made ply wood frame. Really disappointing - having it re framed and the company reframing said the current frame is mass made £5 crap from China. At least when it’s reframed I’ll have glass on it and a wire on the back to hang it. I’ll be sending back the frame for a £70 refund as not fit for purpose.

We are very sorry to hear how disappointed you were with your purchase.
Please let me clarify some points. We do not use glass as there is such a risk of damage when sent by courier and as we ship our frames worldwide and domestically there is a high risk of both damage and injury from broken glass. Many couriers will not accept glass framing.
We no longer provide hanging fixtures as we provide so many different styles of framing and one size does not fit all.
We have found that most customers accept this. However we understand if you are not happy with this.
The frame we sent to you is not plywood it is made of a composite material.
I have checked your order and you had, in fact, purchased our basic framing for this item that did not come at the cost of £70.
I will, of course, send you the refund of the cost of the frame that you had purchased.
In conclusion, I will repeat that we are very sorry that you were not happy with your product. We work hard to try to fulfil customers expectations, which as you will see from our reviews we are mostly successful, and are very sorry when these expectations are not met.
