Crap did not get what I ordered when I call tech help the guy was very unhelpful telling me I was to send in pics and he would to to his manager this was a gift then I called back spoke to someone else who was better explaining to me to return it and that they did not do exchanges as I asked for so I had to send order from amazon so oay out again and wait for a refund which took a bit if time but I did get it woukd not use again

Pleased with my purchase.…
I was starting to get a bit worried after reading some of the previous reviews about the phone being an import & some buyers having problems with it. I admit that I couldn't see this mentioned anywhere on there website. I needn't have worried as I had no issues with transferring the data from my old phone to the new one. It was well packaged when it arrived & quite a bit cheaper than other places for the same phone. I am very pleased with it so far & hopefully it continues to be problem free.

I would not recommend A1 Tech Deals…
I would not recommend A1 Tech Deals based on my experience.
I ordered the SoundCore R50i NC earbuds, but I received the cheaper standard Soundcore R50i model instead. If I hadn't checked the packaging carefully, I might never have realised I'd been sent a different product.
What disappointed me most was how the issue was handled. Instead of immediately taking responsibility for their mistake and arranging a straightforward replacement, I was directed into their standard returns process. As the customer, I was left spending my own time trying to resolve an error that wasn't mine.
My advice to anyone buying from A1 Tech Deals is to carefully check that the item you receive is exactly the model you ordered. Similar-looking products can have different specifications and values, so don't assume you've been sent the correct item.
I hope the company improves how it handles situations where it sends customers the wrong product, because the responsibility for those mistakes should not be placed on the customer.

Complete scammers please do not use!
Sent me the wrong product out (which is not even available to purchase anywhere anymore as it’s that old so I have no idea where they have shipped it from!)
To be told to return the item, which I have - recorded delivery and proof that they have received it back but NO refund!
This was £200 so I am now totally out of pocket and no item to show for it!
Customer service keep saying they will look into it (that’s when they bother replying) but I won’t hold my breath!
STAY CLEAR!!!!!!

Thank you for taking the time to write this, and we're sorry for the experience you've had — for receiving the wrong item, and for the slow and inconsistent replies you had from us afterwards. Neither is the standard we hold ourselves to.
We can confirm your return reached us and was checked in. We'd have refunded you at that point. Before we were able to, a payment dispute was raised against the transaction with your bank, and that changes how the money moves: once a dispute is open, the payment is held by your bank rather than by us, and we're no longer able to issue a refund from our side. If we tried, you'd risk being credited twice and then having one of those payments reversed — which would leave you chasing again.
So your refund is now with your bank to conclude, not with us, and they will contact you directly with the outcome. If you'd like an update on timing, your bank is the quickest route — they can see the status of the dispute in a way we can't.
We're also looking into how the wrong item came to be picked and sent to you, as that shouldn't have happened.
If there's anything else you need from us, or if you'd like us to talk you through the above, please call us on Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, quoting your order number.
