Selling stolen goods
Ordered a firestick from this company. Arrived with American plug. Then when setting it up on my TV a message flashed across my TV screen stating that the firestick had been reported lost or stolen. Apon reaching out to the company 3 times I've had no contact or solution. I have raised a case with PayPal so will hopefully be able to get my money back.

I am writing this review again because my previous review has gone offline while my case is still ongoing.
My experience with A1 Tech Deals has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I have had.
I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S25 and requested a return on the very same day it was delivered. The phone was opened only for inspection, was never switched on, activated or used, and was returned in its original condition.
One of my main concerns was discovering that the phone appeared to be an Indian-market (grey import) device. This was not disclosed anywhere on the product page before purchase. Had I known this, I would never have ordered it.
The customer service has been appalling. Instead of a simple and straightforward return process, I had to repeatedly chase the company for a return label. Only after several emails and telephone calls was a return label finally provided.
The problems did not end there. After returning the phone, I have again had to chase the company to confirm they had received it and to ask when my refund would be processed. I have received vague and unhelpful responses, with no clear information about the status of my refund.
As a customer who exercised their right to return the product immediately, I expected a professional and transparent process. Instead, I have spent weeks chasing information that should have been provided without me having to ask repeatedly.
I have now had to involve my bank and begin a debit card dispute because I have lost confidence that this matter will be resolved promptly.
I hope I receive my refund soon, and if the company resolves this matter professionally, I will update my review. Until then, I believe other customers should be aware of my experience before deciding to purchase from this retailer.

I paid extra for the faster postage for…
I paid extra for the faster postage for a phone and case. I ordered them and paid for next day delivery but the items didn't arrive together as they were sent from different parts the country. But not both items were sent on the next day postage. As i paid for fast postage i expected them both to be the next day. Tried to call the company on the contact number as on their contact info but yes the number is unobtainable.

Forget John Lewis with their foreign call centre, this is a UK company who delivers in good time and well packaged with great prices.
I will certainly be using them again .(unlike John Lewis who let us down badly)
