It's good but the tax is too much. Removing tax from your earnings is equivalent of working for other agencies.
And as big as A24 group is they don't sponsor skill visa from student visa.

There are only two ways a worker can get paid through the A24 Group:
1. PAYE where we will deduct tax and NI and they will be entitled to all statutory payment such as SSP (sick pay)
2. Via their private limited company (subject to all documents received and checks goes through okay with companies house) but due to HMRC IR35 regulations we will deduct tax and NI and pay it over to HMRC

P45 which is my right and other things
Over two weeks and after 4-5emails I still haven't received my P45.
It was the same with the tax code the payroll didn't care my previous P45 which was issued a week before. (However the HMRC said they should accept it)
Now the payroll doesn't care many emails regarding my P45.
After the 4th email when I have sent to other email addresses as well they said "you will get it today later on"
I don't know how slow the time goes in that department but in my reality it was 30hours ago and I am sure they won't issue it Saturday or Sunday so probably Monday two days later I will have an other 'fake' promise.
I hope the managers are read this because I have sent emails to 3different email address to tell someone 2weeks wasn't enough to make that very complicated official document which is my right to get. I could talk about technical issues too or about things which I have never heard before from an agency : last minute shift ,means you can go now not 12hours before the shift starts, it means now and the surprise they did not even offer any higher rate for it. I have never heard this practice and I was working for many companies this is which is very far from the business think. Milage? = Forget it. You need to print your own timesheet every shift!? What!? The people in the workplaces are not happy to do these things in 2022.
Feels like this group is stucked many -many years ago and the cherry on the top if you calling them you will be charged for the phone call, that is very helpful for the communication specially when the w.app also doesn't work with them properly and you will need to email them which will be found in time or won't.
Just a nightmare, I will try to forget these things but I wanted to get my P45!

Good organisation to work for.
The A24 group staff are friendly and professional. Once you get cleared for work there's plenty of assignments. The app is very helpful in choosing the shifts you want to do. My only negative experience is that payroll department did not communicate a mistake I made on my time sheet for me to get paid on time. Otherwise I would've given a 5 star

I received great support during my…
I received great support during my onboarding which made things a lot easier.
I was also offered a 2year plan for the training package which was a relief as I do not have to rewrite my training after it expires 1st year.
The payment was made promptly for the shift covered.
Overall professional expertise was spot on.

A24Group is Great with dedication
Amazing staff. Though most of the work location and assignment is far, they should include petrol mileage pay to their agency staff, some are good nursing home, some are not. Some staff in nursing home are nice they help you and never leave you alone in caring clients making sure that everything is ok both their agency staff and their client. With sense of responsibility. But some nursing home environment will leave you on your own even you dont know their client and make you do a 2 is to 1 (2 carer to 1 client) into 1 is to 1 which is bad for the agency worker's back and not good to client too moving on their own. The staff at ambition 24 is great with dedication. Well done and keep up the good work.
