I contacted customer service for a clarification on my bill. The first representative didn’t listen and passed me to a colleague who was rude, arrogant, and even insulted the previous staff member I spoke with. This experience was extremely unprofessional. With so many energy providers available, we will be switching immediately and will not recommend A2A. As customers, we have the right to clear explanations—not to be told to “just pay the bill.” I suggest your team learns more about consumer rights and how to communicate respectfully.

I’ve left a review before about this same problem that continues to arise with A2A e-moving. All of the sudden, the subscription service (to recharge your e-auto on a flat rate) won’t work on days on end.. and A2A simply won’t take charge, saying that they are not aware of any problems. Absolute sh** show! I’m sure A2A will respond to this claim again with te same generic and meaningless reply…

Profit, profit, profit. A2a it’s the most unethical company of all. It is soon realised that their first goal is to maximise profit at the expense of the consumer. Also totally unacceptable to apply charges such as ‘meter management and transport’ and ‘system charges’ that make the bill rise every month by an average of 10/15 € !
Also very disappointing the new pseudo-green plan that provides energy from renewable sources, the bill hasn’t dropped as they promised. It is definitely time to change suppliers.
