UPDATE: 26th November 18
Yet again a2b have challenged my review and had it removed and FURTHER investigated! (?) Once again I proved my case and my review is verified. Wow! In a nutshell, I ordered and paid, item never showed up, I requested a refund, they refused. 1st excuse: Amazon's problem not theirs. 2nd excuse: No record of sale. 3rd excuse: "Sorry, our hands are.tied." 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th etc....more emails refusing refund. I got my refund. Then a few attempts to get my review removed. Hopefully this is finished now.

Rude, poor customer service regarding an item I never received. Refused to refund more than 18p which is a joke. They stated that as I purchased from them through Amazon they are not ALLOWED to refund me! This is not true at all. They have also had this review taken down on the insistence that I had never purchased from them. I proved that I had but now they have requested it be taken down again as it was fulfilled by Amazon. Yes it eventually was as luckily I had used a gift card as part payment but before that I had several totally unhelpful, dismissive responses from Nathan their representative. I am surprised they are not only refusing to accept my opinion of my experience with their company but also have never addressed the reason why I have never received my order! Therefore my review is an honest accurate review.

Poor customer service

I originally wrote a review a few months back and said how brilliant their customer service was, I wrote that review too soon!!!
Unfortunately since using this company for 6 months the customer service has just got even worse. They advertise products on their website then fail to deliver them, they then fail to respond to any emails in a timely manner, I only got a response due to raising a dispute via PayPal then they fail to deliver on any promises made in their emails, you should honestly keep away from this company at all costs, 2 months later I still haven't received my products or a refund, they advised someone would collect them as they couldn't honour the full order but so far no one has been to collect anything.
If you email them do not expect a fast response and do not believe their lies

Great products and prices, quick reliable service.

I have been dealing with A2B for several years now and find them excellent. Ordering is quick and easy. Delivery is usually within 1-2 days which is great and if you need help with anything their customer service is really good. Best of all their prices are among the cheapest you can get for bubble envelopes and bubble wrap. I have no hesitation in recommending A2B.
