Rude and obnoxious counter sales person especially the tall guy with blondish hair never in my life have I came across a person such as this. Did some research about your company and seeing it is a family business my choice speak for itself. I drove all the way from Ashford to get my exhaust fitted just to be told by this rude guy you have to wait.Never never never again will I recommend your company. Rubbish

Thank you for your feedback, I’m sorry that you feel the service you received was below our usual high standard.
On the day in question you were booked in for 4-5 hours, after an hour you asked why your vehicle had not come in yet. We explained that we had started fabricating your exhaust whilst we waited for a ramp to free up due to an overrunning job. You did not accept this and said you wanted a refund. Powerflow appointments are non-refundable however we refunded your deposit.
The colleague in question has undergone extra training to ensure that in future concerns are dealt with differently.

Excellent customer service! Courteous, knowledgable, helpful and honest. I’ve been a customer of A2 tyres for decades now, since the days that they were situated in Murston - and they have grown constantly, offering more and more services while keeping their existing customers happy. An excellent service.. brilliant
An excellent service far beyond the competition. I took my Volvo XC70 for new brakes. I immediately noticed excellence in customer service, professional, knowledgeable and courteous - and cheaper! I was so delighted, just a few days later I took my Mini for a new exhaust, catalytic converter and new tyres, again incredible service, professional and value for money. I specialise in service excellence on a world wide basis and cannot rate this business high enough. I have 3 cars and will be back! Thank You!
