Buyer Beware - Read before ordering! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I order a white dress and they sand me a differente one , cheap quality at 2 $ The items sent does not match with the picture at all. The stitching is so bad and the material is so bad. I ordered a pair of boots back in February. It’s now June and I have still not received them. I’ve tried contacting them via email and through Instagram Dms and got no response. Please don’t buy anything from this store

If i could give them 0 stars i would.
I placed an order back in October and only received 1/2 the order on November 8th. I kept emailing them searching for the other half of my order only to be sent “you will get it very soon”. Still nothing has changed on the tracking info i started requested a refund 3 weeks ago only to be IGNORED or if they did happen to reply my answer from them was still “you will get it very soon”. I will be approaching BBB on this as well.

I received only half of my order within 3 weeks from my order date and then I emailed the support team to find out what happened to the other half. My email was very polite and only asked for a confirmation for the second half of my order. The only response I got was “you will get it very soon” no sorry for the inconvenience, no confirmation nor tracking details. Super unprofessional and I felt like they didn’t care at all! Will NEVER order from them again!

Ordered about 100$ worth of things on the site. No tracking number was sent, none of my concerned emails were replied to until after a few days where they stated that I will get a tracking number very soon and that cargo shipments are delayed. Haven’t heard from them since and still cannot track my shipment. Never shopping with them again, way too many hoops I have to jump through to get things any online business should offer. (Tracking numbers, and my package.)

Ordered about 10 items on April 11 2020. A few of them started finally showing up in early June, arriving in separate parcels. I was super disappointed in the quality of my items and shortly after ordering them, I saw more than 50% of the items available on SHEIN for about 1/3 the price I paid on A&A Label.

This week, my final 5 items were supposed to arrive. I got a notification saying they arrived - but no package came. I have the Nest app and have proof on camera that nothing was delivered.

Despite my evidence, and sending them China Post’s policy, which states "You need contact seller for compensation. The reason is simple, China Post ONLY has shipping contract with SHIPPER(seller) not receiver(buyer). The parcel ownership and risk all belong to shipper before it is delivered to receiver." A&A Label refuses to offer me any kind of credit, discount, refund or to resend me my order.

I’m calling to report them as fraud on my credit card. Complete waste of money. Don’t bother

I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. I have never had such awful service. After waiting 3 months for my package, it was finally delivered and it was a totally different item then what I had ordered. Then after waiting weeks for a response from customer service, they finally notified me that they resent my order. And after waiting another 3 months for the correct package THEY SENT IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. I spent $150 on some bullsh*t.

If there were was a NO/NEGATIVE star option then I’d definitely pick it for this company. DO NOT order from them! I ordered my two items in February and they have no idea where my order is and refuse to issue a refund. When I’ve asked repeatedly and tried to warn other consumers not to buy they blocked me. Save your time and money!

I am agreeing with all the other reviews. Can we get this shut down!? I ordered something for my upcoming birthday back in April and still nothing. Not even shipping info. They have since blocked me...shady. What company blocks a paying customer. That tells it all.

I’m a very patient person when it comes to ordering things from overseas however they are a complete ripoff.... I have never in my life been so dissatisfied with a company and their shipping methods it has been over 3mths and I have yet to receive my order!!! I’m filing complaints with everyone involved with this company because like I said I have the patience to do so!!!! Please be aware!!!! Yea the items are cute online but that’s the only way you will see them is online!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE COMPLETE RIPOFF!!!!!!!

Please for everyone out there who wants to look good at a good price. Please for the sake of your soul, money and time, DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT ever buy from this company. THEY ARE A SCAM. I had to wait a good THREE months for a DRESS. And it STILL has not come in. I ordered the "jodie" dress on February 22nd, go ahead and check the date for yourselves. If you've already ordered something from them, you should make sure you document ALL of the conversations you have with the company as well as your order number. Make sure they GIVE YOU THAT TRACKING NUMBER. Don't order from here, they are terrible and need to be shut down.

I ordered Feb21, and today my items are still in China! There is no refund policy and no policy about Shipping Turnaround!

This company sucks! Let’s see what’s missing from my order 🙃

I HATE writing bad reviews but here we are. Placed an order for 2 items, only received one. Took a few weeks to come which I don’t mind at all, however when I reached out to the company via 6-7 emails over a month long period and no one replied to me, I started to get annoyed. I commented on an instagram post of theirs hoping someone would get back to me, and they DELETED my comment. The lack of customer care says so much about this company and it’s sad because the one item I did receive was adorable and was good quality. Can’t speak of quality consistency because again, never received my other item. Maybe they’ll finally reply to me after this lol. Their instagram is @label.aa

UPDATE 3/21/20- They have blocked me on instagram and I’m still waiting on my other item. :)
