I've been with A&A for several years, initially for ADSL, but also using two bonded VDSL lines for a backup to a fibre connection.
I've recently moved my FTTP connection over to A&A and it went very smoothly, taking less than a day to do the transfer.
The quality of their connection is unmatched, and the technical knowledge of their staff is top notch. It's nice to speak to someone who understands networking when you have an issue.
Recently upgraded to full fibre with A&A. Easy process and kept fully informed at every stage.
Slight issue connecting after the fibre was installed but quickly sorted by the always excellent tech support.
I tried different ISPs but didn't like the way they were treating me. They would keep slowing me down, prioritizing other types of traffic and their latency was appalling so gaming was messed up. My connection to other players in the UK was like gaming with international gamers in South America.
This ISP is different. Their speeds remains almost constant regardless of the time or season. Their latency is really good so even video calls don't glitch or resync.
A&A are more expensive than some of the other ISPs but I think the performance and reliability of the connection more than makes up for it. I've been with them for a while and I'm happy to stay with them because currently they're not over-subscribing and saturating their networks.
In all the years I have been using Andrews & Arnold I have never been let down once.
Never been blocked or throttled back at peak times.
Andrews & Arnold have a well deserved reputation for great customer support.
Everything from pre-sales up to pointing me in the right direction for a more interesting IPv6 config was as smooth as they could make it.
Honesty
Efficiency
Reassurance
Technical knowhow
Human beans on the end of a phone
All adds up to an AAISP internet connection
I recently moved house and had a very negative experience with Virgin Media unable to provide fibre service but only realising on the day of installation and another VDSL ISP failing to get service provided due to problems with Open Reach.
A&A were fantastic and dealt with the complexities of navigating Open Reach quickly and I was connected in days. Later, when complexities in the internal phone wiring meant that the copper connection needed to be rewired they handled the communication with Open Reach and got it resolved within a couple of days, which was amazing based on previous experience with Open Reach.
The service is also very reliable and flexible, with very good customer support and lots of technical information available directly via the customer portal.
Highly recommended
Great service - never any issues with connection and the team are always helpful, friendly and responsive.

I have been with A and A for maybe 10 years now, their connection has never dropped at all in that time, other than maybe routine overnight maintenance. The speed has always been excellent compared to other providers on the same exchange. The icing on the cake though is this (make sure you are sitting down, especially if you are a customer of a big ISP like BT, Virgin and the like, as this will shock you!) when you phone them, with a sales query or a technical issue, the phone is actually answered by a human, always by someone helpful and polite and 9 times out of 10 usually within approx 5 rings. Does'nt sound like much but when you have experienced massive hold times, service speed issues, pre-recorded menus and all of the your call is important to us rubbish that comes with the big boys, this is absolutely and utterly brilliant, a breath of fresh air. I can not rate A+A enough, their service has been completely faultless over a 10 year period..that says it all!!!!

Great service in moving my broadband from FTTC to full Fibre (FTTP). Jason was on top of it every step and made sure my subnet and internet telephone number migrated seamlessly.
As I've come to expect from Andrew & Arnold, everything went without a hitch
Amazing customer service - very responsive to customer questions and problems.

After experiencing some crazy speed issues on my FTTP connection with my previously provider I decided it was time to switch to a provider that put service at the top of their priorities
It’s been seamless with speeds and ping times back to where they should be with no crazy routing via remote servers.
A&A are second to none for customer service - you get straight through to their support when calling them and they resolve issues quickly. You don't get passed to "second line" - one call - one fix. If only other providers were like this. Brilliant.
Great customer service all round. No gimmicks, no nonsense and no dramas when you're looking to make a change.
Quick, clear communication. Installation and service flawless (installation was Openreach but the AA side was handled really well).
I haven't needed any of their expert support yet but good to know it's there.
Straightforward pricing too. Thanks AA.

I had an issue with my account so I called up customer services. There were no frustrating IVR options or long wait times which was really refreshing.
I was able to connect with a helpful representative who quickly and efficiently resolved my query in less than 20 minutes.
A big thank you to Ashley in accounts for their assistance!

Andrews and Arnold provide a fantastic and very reliable service with great attention to detail. We have recently upgraded our service to fibre broadband which went very smoothly. We have used Andrews and Arnold for many years both domestically and in business. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

Andrews and Arnold are exceptional, and stand out way above the large corporate mass of ISPs. Setup with their supplied routers is 'plug-n-play'. If you want to set up your own router, then all the necessary infomration is provided in an 'Info pack'. Most improtantly, when there is an issue, their support team are there to help. The support (real email communications or phone) is absolutely not your typical 'call centre' experience, but instead you wll reach real technical experts who can really help you, even with obscure issues.
Additionally the contracts are clear and simple. No scum-bag large corporate small-print that you undeservedly might get trapped by.
Get on-board with Andrews & Arnold to cruise, to relax (and to surf) :)

You get what you pay for. A&A are reliable and good quality. Low ping, no bufferbloat tricks to make your bandwidth seem high, consistent performance at peak times. Support staff who you can reach without having to pick up the phone if you don’t want that, and won’t start every problem with “have you turned it off and on again”.

There is no triage/first line helpdesk.. you are straight onto experts who know exactly what they are talking about - it's how things should be but very rarely are.. top notch company
