It would have been lovely if the bed…

It would have been lovely if the bed could have been taken to the bedroom and setup as I haven’t fitted the headboard yet.

The small print was too small and I didn’t realise this. But then the delivery driver would need an assistant

Lack of communication

I was very disappointed with the communication regarding delivery of the order.Despite numerous e-mails I couldn’t get a confirmed date and was only at home by chance when the driver arrived.

very happy great quality mattress

Easy to order read other reviews which helped my decision over the moon with the matrass so soft and supportive In all the right places such an improvement on my old silentnight which only lasted 4 years the only complaint would be my special delivery Instructions were not read at all so confusion was caused As a result of this But delivery was on the day and in the time range given so very good in that respect very happy with mattress great price and quality :-) happy customer would definitely recommend

Do not trust and do not recommend buying from this website

please take the time to read the small italic information, you are not able to exchange or return, my item arrived damaged and the driver who delivered left in a rush without a single hello or goodbye, I have written emails and no one responded, they call you from a private number to arrange delivery time and so you can't even call them back. I would not advise anyone to trust this website and company as the mattrass arrived ripped with stains and no way to return or exchange. A lot of money wasted!

THE DELIVERY WAS THE ONLY BAD PART FOR ME, I WAS TOLD BETWEEN 2 AND 7 AND I WASN'T FINISHING WORK UNTIL 1, I GOT A CALL AT 1230 TO SAY THEY WERE ALREADY THERE.
IF YOUR GOING TO SAY A TIME, I THINK ITS ONLY REASONABLE TO ASK THAT YOU TURN UP BETWEEN THAT TIME, SOME PEOPLE STILL HAVE TO WORK

I won't buy again from this company.

I won't buy again from this company.
After I placed the order, I tried ringing to ask about delivery, was waiting for over 10 mins and tried different options, to no avail.
I then went on the web live chat, to which, a message typed up saying this person will assist me, but again, after about 20 mins, nothing!
So I sent an email, never got a reply.
The delivery didn't turn up, so I had to buy a blow up bed for my visitors, because of this poor service,
Then after about nearly 3 weeks I had a phone call from a very unprofessional person saying my bed will be with me on a certain day, when I asked what time, the reply was dunno the driver will ring me.
In the day of delivery, the driver got lost, again when I spoke to him over the phone, he sounded very stressed! He had a satnav for gods sake!! How hard can it be to find an address? Unless he typed wrong postcode?
He got here and struggled with the bed and mattresses, dumped them in hall/lounge. Would have been nice if he had asked me if I'd like them put in the bedroom.off he went.
When putting the bed together, the headboard has no screws with it, so I need to go and buy some, very inconvenient.
Gave 2 stars for the bed being very comfortable, which is a blessing.

Poor customer service!!

Before I ordered I messaged I customer service advisor online to ask about the delivery and if it would be possible to be delivered on Certain date due to my other mattresses being collected. They confirmed this would be possible so went ahead and ordered. I didn’t hear from them so had to chase them for confirmation of delivery. To my surprise this was not the date Originally agreed. When I questioned this I got no Explanation of why this had happened and they asked me to contact them the following day for the delivery slot.
So to summarise this; very poor communication and very poor customer service and I doubt very much I would use this company again.
