Shopping and placing order on line was very easy, description and details about products was very good. However, my identification confirmation had failed for some reason which delayed shipping. Didn't receive any communication about this till I called to find out if my order had shipped. Once that was straightened out received cabinets very quickly and in good shape. Otherwise I would have rated them at 5 stars.

AAA Distributor was very fast to deliver my new sink. Price was fair and all parts I ordered were in stock.

Good product quality, but the shipment took a long time.
I know the delivery delay is nothing related to aaadistributor, but this shipment delayed 2 weeks, which impacted my project schedule.

One issue was the delivery company couldn’t make it down my driveway so I had to go get it with my own vehicle. The delivery truck was too big to make it under wires. The cabinet came quickly. Second issue was there were no paper instructions. It was, for the most part, easy enough to figure out how it was supposed to go, but the drawers were more challenging. When I asked for instructions they sent a video that was helpful. The cabinet looks great. We will probably order more as we do more renovations.

Ordering was simple, and the correct products arrived on time, just as promised; a rarity, especially in the specialty builder's product category.

The quality of the cabinets is good, love the blue color. Paid extra to have order come quickly, it did but order was incorrect, several pieces were the wrong color. New ones were sent but one piece was missing and apparently was left on truck for several days. Shipping department was helpful but it took at least four phone calls. And if you live in a apartment you must make other arrangements to have them brought to apartment, which would have been good to know in advance.

Awesome job and a awesome product to boot. I am so happy with my vanity cabinet and it was delivered before the date given and I will be ordering from them again.
