Prompt and helpful
AAA Headsets were very prompt regarding delivery and accurately provided the right equipment to suit our phone system. Unfortunately, it took a few days of emails to and fro to work out that our phones needing adjustment in house by the IT dept :(
Alan Sharpe was as helpful as he could be under the circumstances but we had to go to the manufacturer for the final solution. The headsets are great though.

Good product, works well
All good, headsets work, but one of the headsets (which were boxed but not sealed) had one of the headbands missing. When I called to advise, I felt like the guy didn't believe me which was disappointing. The part was replaced but not without some insistence on my part. Otherwise, easy transaction, good price, still a positive transaction overall.
