Bad zipper
Did not get to use it at all. Zipper was not sewn correctly. Threads came loose first time I zipped. Too late to return.

1. There's no record of you placing an order in our database under that name, or any variation with that last name for that matter.
2. This is your first and only review for any company, and there are zero contact exchanges/attempts from you.
If your issue were legitimate, you would have notified us of the issue and it would have been resolved — just as we proceed with any of our clients. Our clientele is always taken care of, and that's why they keep returning.
In a nutshell, provide us with your contact information privately so this can be resolved professionally as it should've been from the start (if legitimate, at all).
Only accepts Western Union for payment
Only accepts Western Union for payment. No credit card or PayPal.
In other words, your sending cash to China with no guarantee.
Written guarantee also does not match return policy. In other words, they don't speak English or abide by the law on guarantee they offer.

Hope you're doing well. Your comments are, quite literally, pure speculation — not a review of a genuine experience with our company. If you would have actually placed an order, received your merchandise, and inherently realized our legitimacy, this review would've never taken place. We've been in this market for over 20 years for far, far longer than anybody else (and that's not counting our experience in this market's logistics, which is over 25 years). Feel free to place an order and you'll change your mind.
A few other notes:
1. There's no record of you placing an order in our database under that name, or any variation with that last name for that matter.
2. This is your first and only review for any company, and there are zero contact attempts from you.
P.S. This should give you a bit of an idea as to our department's fluency in English...
