I got 3 items for the free shipping. 2 items the accolade Crewneck and the alosoft leggings were amazing. I bought the Crewneck in another colour after that. But I do noticed the headband I got was from last year. Because it’s the same the one I got in the store last year. Not the same as this year in store items. They were good quality. But some items are from previous years’. I don’t mind it personally. As the quality is pretty good

Got 3 products from her last year, the leggings which she claims as original ripped apart after 2 uses without a single wash. And to inform you this legging was my size and she herself suggested me to get alosoft since it’s thicker & better quality. When I reached out to her stating the issue with proof of pictures & shared that I got the product 10 days back and used it just twice, how could it possibly rip apart from 3 diff places, she said she will look into it & get back. She then gave me a number stating he is her dealer named John and asked me to get an update from him. After multiple days of following up w both of them half of my Msgs were unanswered & they kept saying we will get back with a solution. After many days this guy replied that he doesn’t have any solution to this since once the product is sold he doesn’t guarantee anything. I shared how I trusted them to get multiple items and that I’m not a customer who’d do this purposely. This piece was literally some China made material or maybe outdated alo collection which ripped without a single wash. How can a fabric have 3 small holes on its own until & unless it’s damaged or really old. They din’t give me a single penny back, I asked them if they can atleast give me another pair of leggings in exchange and I can give the old back to them so they can see & know it was faulty, they dint give any exchange either and told me if I purchase more items later they can give me one legging in that order. So basically after spending 200$ out of which 90$ was a complete waste of money. They wanted me to purchase 3-4 items more and then they’d have given me a piece for free.

A disaster of an experience - really bad after sales service, no resolution to the issue, damaged product & a complete waste of money.

Also this guy who she claims is her dealer also sends messages on messenger stating she is his wife. lol god knows what these two are upto but I hope they meet their karma & learn to do ethical business.

She sells counterfeit items from China. THEY ARE NOT AUTHENTIC ALO ITEMS.

I received the hoodie with the logo was chipped. Asked for exchange and told me have to pay for shipping. Dont like the quality either. Will not buy again

I ordered items worth around $300 CAN as they says free shipping after $280 and their quality is good and genuine.

However they sent me $200 worth the wrong sizes!!!!

Upon emailing them explaining and showing proof at first their response was extremely arrogant and after pointing that out they did apologise but offered zero solution.

Basically if I was supposed to send them the wrong sized item THEY sent out by mistake, it would still cost me shipping both ways.

Now for something that was NOT my mistake at all I would expect better from a company.

Needless to say never using them again!!!

Would give zero stars if could.
