Further to my previous review

Further to my previous review, I contacted support@listen&help.com and a few days later I received an apologies and told I would get a full refund all I had to do was return the glasses send a photo of the addressed package and a photo of the tracking number for a full refund. I took it to the. Post office, to get a tracking number it would cost £10.25, I have already lost over £21.00 this would in my mind only add insult to injury. £21.00 in the bin.

Highlife Technology Ltd....SCAMMERS

I bought a pair of spectacles from this company after it was advertised on Facebook. It advertised them as prime German technology and top of the range product. I bought a pair for $25. On receipt I found they came from China and of poor quality and identical to what i can buy in the Uk pound shops for £1. I complained to Paypal and they rule sin the favour of these scammers. I have emailed Highlife Technology umpteen times but they refuse to answer my email. SHAME ON PAYPAL for supporting these scammers. AVOID

I had seen a "lace-cap" wig advertised…

I had seen a "lace-cap" wig advertised on FaceBook that looked very pretty & natural, & thought I would give it a try. I was taken to the Aaliyah & Olivia website to place the order. My first hint should have been when I received the wig in a foil bag. The "hair" is super shiny, & the cap is visible around the hairline. There is a side part, & chunk of lighter hair in the front that falls in front of my face, & will not go anywhere else! The part looks really fake since the "lace cap" is not exactly what I would consider to be a true lace cap. I sent 4 emails; the first 2 to one address provided that turned out to be undeliverable, the next 2 that went through. I have received no reply. When I tried to get on the website again, I got a warning that it is an not a secure website! I don't know if I just need to accept this as a lesson learned, or to try to get my money back somehow.

Zero stars for Aaliyah&Olivia and paypal

If there is zero stars, I will give it to their company. The company is a fraud and PayPal is not protecting their customers. I made an order for a lace front human hair wig, I was skeptical so I used PayPal thinking I will be protected. That was not the case, the hair was not human and not a lace front. Stay away from this company and PayPal.

Do not buy from this company

This company is not trustworthy at all. I purchased 2 human hair lace front wigs thinking I was getting a good quality piece based on what I saw on a Facebook ad. Once I received them I soon realied they looked nothing like the ad. Both pieces looked like costume wigs. I first tried to contact the company about canceling an order because I ordered a length that I didn’t think would work for me. It should have been a clear indicator to me that this company was a scam when they never messaged me back on facebook and did not return my email. Once I got the product, it looked nothing like a lace front wig that was featured on their Facebook page. The color was not as described and the quality was awful. I attempted to post a negative review on Facebook warning other women about this company, but the company blocked me from posting on their page. This is unacceptable customer service and clearly a company to stay away from.

BAD!!

BAD!!! Scam!!! Their website is down now anyway. I guess someone found out. I hope they lose thousands of dollars after ripping off so many women, some of which needed a wig for undergoing chemotherapy. They should be ashamed of themselves.

The wig that I received is an absolute…

The wig that I received is an absolute joke and will end up with the Hallowe'en costumes. There are two e-mail addresses and neither one elicits a response. Paypal, which it is apparently affiliated, will do nothing for you either. This outfit should NOT be in business at all. I will try to get my credit card company to get my refund. Do not buy anything from this dishonest company.

Outrageous scam

Unhappy customers who opened Paypal disputes discovered that A&O are listed with Paypal as Highlife Technology Limited, a Chinese company well known for its bait and switch activities.

Update (11th December 2018): the A&O website has vanished and the company's Facebook seems to have been abandoned.

Do not buy from this company

Very slow delivery, the wig I recieved looks nothing like the one I ordered, it’s shiny thin & synthetic even though I ordered the thickest density & it’s supposed to be the highest quality human hair. The colour is wrong & it doesn’t fit on my head properly (too big & bunched up looking) even with the tightening straps. Apparently I only have 3 days to ask for a refund but I’ve tried to email 2 different email addresses with no response & the return email address doesn’t exist so I’ve opened up a case with PayPal in hopes of getting my $ back.

Fake hair, fraudulent, false advertisement

Very Terrible product. False advertisement, synthetic hair. Not full lace wigs at all. Fake all fake. Do not order from this company you will be very disappoint like myself and out of pocket as the return process is not straight forward. You are better off going to your bank and see if they can get the money back for you. Worst company ever. I would give it zero star if I could.

Fake wigs!! Not even close to pictured product

Fake wigs!!! They are NOTHING as pictured not even close. I ordered a human hair wig with ombre. It was supposed to be a natural looking wig with lace front. Not even close. Not even ombre. It's synthetic YELLOW hair mixed with synthetic blonde hair. I'm so freaking mad about this. My credit card statement says "Tech Company" not Aaliyah Olivia. No response now to several emails.

is this a joke?

bought a wig because of a social media add. It was supposed to be a lace front blonde wig with dark roots, 100% human hair. what i got in the mail is nothing like the picture. There is no lace, just a piece of skin colored rubber at the part. with a bit of wind the weaves next to the part will show. there is only a dark root at the part, the rest is all blonde. also; this is 100% acrylic. This is a joke. I asked paypal for my money back. Let's hope i get it.

I wish I could give negative stars

I wish I could give negative stars. I’ve been seeing these social media ads all over the place so I decided to try them out. I went on their site and selected a black synthetic lace front wig with combs on the inside and an adjustable strap. The tracking number never worked and despite contacting them got no response. It finally arrived and it was NOT what I ordered. It was so thin you could see through the hair. And it was not a lace front! It looks like a Halloween witch costume wig! I paid almost 40.00 for a toy wig. I followed their return policy and immediately emailed their customer service the same day I received the wig. It’s not two weeks later with no reply. I went onto their Facebook and commented hoping to get a response and I was blocked from commenting!!! Do not buy from them! It’s a scam and you will be sorry!
