DO NOT order from Aanya Linens. The website states that they have a "no questions asked" return policy, but when you try to initiate a return, you get into one of those day's long email loops. They reply once a day with another attempt to delay or discourage your return. I am on day 4 and still no return authorization. I am sick of the hassle and going to initiate a charge back with my credit card company. The reason for the return, by the way, is poor quality and a horrible chemical smell that will not go away.

The worst sheets ever. They end up with hard lint balls after a short time and the company refuses to take them back.

I ordered a purple duvet cover and could not be happier! Not only is the color stunning!, but the attention to detail is impeccable. The zipper is double ended, very sturdy and the opening made using a duvet a breeze. And the straps to hold your comforter are generous and wonderfully soft and thick. The feel and weight of the duvet are perfect for me, I prefer the organically cotton feel, slight weight and luxury feel of this duvet. I love my beautiful duvet and sleeping in it is the coziest hiding spot just for me, lol. The pillow shams are just as lovely with wide openings, well stitched and color continuity with the duvet. Delivery was quick and I highly recommend Aanya Linen!

The product, Linen Sheets were basic cotton sheets and not linen as advertised. The 24/7 customer service seems non-existing as there was not response via the website nor from customer service emails. I wanted to find out how to return the sheets. I will not be purchasing from this company again.
