Spent a ton of money so far. I don't find them very polite as well as you have to be on top of them because you may have the right answers but receive no credit for you. I took the CPC exam quite a fe... See more

Had a wonderful time at HEALTHCON, their national conference. The event was well organized. Food was good. The after hours events were a lot of fun.
AAPC needs to be shut down. They promise new skills, support and a program that will result in a 50k job. I was interested in the Billing program only, yet I was told I needed to complete three prereq... See more

My wife lost her job as well as I about 3 months after our daughter was born. I asked for a refund and to cease my training since I needed something more immediate ( I was 33 days into the medical coding program ). I was told outside of a 30 day window I could not have a refund. I explained that after I purchased the package I was never told that my course would not start for 60+ days. Therefore I was never going to be able to refund my purchase from the start. I was repeatedly told that this was my problem and they will not help in any way. I asked for them to keep the money I had already spent and just stop the billing since rent and my newborn doctor visits are adding up, again I was told this was not their problem. Avoid this company, they have 0 sympathy.

I absolutely LOVE the training they provide. I've been able to level up my coding thanks to their training programs. And they have the best support.
Don't waste your time with the UNPROFESSIONALS.
It is a bad organization that is only interested in taking your money but will not help you if you need any assistance. They will not respond to your emails, will not issue your exam certificate, and will not care.
I have contacted them several times over the past seven months after taking my cpc exam to send my certificate, but the problem has not been resolved and they have not sent the certificate. They make excuses that their printers are not working.
Then asked me for additional shipping fees to send another copy of the certificate, and after paying, I received no response from them and my certificates did not arrive. They are really an unprofessional organization that only seeks your money.
