I can’t recommend AA Pest Control and Jason enough! As a young woman, I was absolutely mortified when I discovered a mouse in my flat late one afternoon. I’ve never dealt with pests before, so I was completely lost and distressed. I called several pest control companies but no one returned my call. Thankfully, I reached Jason at AA Pest Control and he was a lifesaver! He immediately calmed me down, gave me great advice and assured me he’d come over as soon as possible.

Jason showed up late at night, and from the moment he arrived, I knew I was in good hands. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and caring, taking the time to explain everything to me. I was pretty hysterical and I’m so thankful for Jason — he was able to calm me down and reassure me. After the first visit, we found another mouse and Jason came back right away to check everything out. He also helped me locate the source of the infestation, which was such a relief.

If you ever find yourself in need of pest control, trust me, you won’t find anyone better than Jason. He truly went above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much, Jason — you’re a hero!!!

I was at wits end with a bed bug situation. I kept getting bitten every other day and I couldn't sleep well due the bedbug I ended up sleeping on the sofa and not my room for a few days. I previously got in touch with another company who came twice and sprayed a solution but it didn't seem to have worked. I called this company again and they couldn't come on the same day. I found out about AA pest control and spoke with Jason. He seemed to know his stuff and managed to squeeze me in at the end of the day. One solution was all it took and it seems to have subsided the bed bug situation,thank God. Really appreciate Jason coming to the rescue and not ripping me off like the other company.

This is more like a heart-warming story between friends rather than a service you randomly purchased.

The whole family just came back from China and what was waiting for us was a flat full of mouse urine and droppings, In the very beginning, I did not realize how serious the situation was, so I thought, " Ok, let me clean the droppings and deal with it tomorrow morning", but when a little black creature jumped out in front of me, I just panicked. As a man, I don't panic easily, but after more than 15 hours long flight without sleep, I just crashed down.

Thus, I started making phone calls. To be honest, as a Londoner, I know finding a service by randomly calling people is very risky, you may just get a cowboy rather than an expert. But it was 1:30 after midnight, and I did not have a choice. Not surprisingly, only a few people answered the phone call, most of them were not interested or only could make an appointment the next morning. Thanks to god, I just very randomly called Jason, and he said he would be here in an hour and the charge is just £200 for two visits. I don't think anyone can do better than that especially considering the time point I called.

Then, Jason kept texting me to update the time he would arrive and showed up on time. He explained everything in detail, carefully checked the room and served the treatment. Initially, I suspected whether it would work, as the waiting time is 3 weeks. During this period, I called Jason and asked a few more questions, he was also nice and patient on the phone.

Surprisingly, after the first week, no more sign of the mouse was observed [confirmed by motion-detecting cameras]. And Jason came again after 3 weeks. He checked again and set some more bait. Meanwhile, he completely blocked the holes under the kitchen sink. When he knew that I will leave home again for another few weeks, he suggested that I leave my key to a friend, just in case if the mouse showed up again, he can again come and help.

I am very moved by this friendly, kind and professional man, who not only provides a fantastic service as a pest control expert but also gives support like an old friend. I cannot thank Jason enough for his effort in solving my problem.

P.S. His eyes are always a bit red, so I assume he is trying his best to ensure this 24/7 service.

Overall, very happy with Jason's help, and definitely will come back to him if there is a pest issue [hopefully not any more, finger crossed].

.wrong company

Jason came over to sort out the wasps nest on my balcony and he was extremely good and caring, took care of everything and explained everything he was doing. 5 stars for him and will use him again if any future wasp nests.

Called them at 9:40am I had knock at my door at 10:50 unbelievable service the man was helpful, knowledgeable, and respected my home.

Had lots of advice Came very quickly and sorted my problem out. Would definitely recommend as thorough and professional job done.
