I've been going to Line Vestergaard Mogensen for about 3 years now and I've never had a shadow of a doubt about whether any single of the visits was worth it: every single one of them has been worth it. I always appreciate the very holistic approach which ultimately provides me with the tool I need to heal. I appreciate receiving what I consider real help. For each visit over the past 3 or so years, I very much recommend Line.

In October 2024, I went to Aarhus Osteopati to see Marika Ertner because I was experiencing poor blood circulation in my arms and ongoing tiredness. During the treatment, she twisted both of my arms, even though my issue was not related to joint or muscle stiffness, but circulation.
Shortly after the session, I noticed that my collarbone was swollen. When I returned and showed it to her, she said that "it can happen" and told me to wait two months, and that it would go away on its own.
Unfortunately, it didn’t go away. It got worse — especially due to my physical job. A month ago, I received a block injection in the collarbone, but it hasn’t helped much. Every time I make quick or physical movements, the pain gets worse. My doctor has now confirmed that the issue is a result of inappropriate treatment, and I’m currently on sick leave.
Today, I can’t work, and I struggle with everyday physical tasks like vacuuming or lifting things. I still don’t understand why both of my arms were manipulated the way they were — it felt unrelated to my original symptoms, and now I’m left with lasting damage.
This has been a very painful and frustrating experience, and I feel the treatment was not only ineffective but harmful. I hope this helps others make an informed decision.

I cannot recommend Bastien at Aarhus Osteopathy highly enough!
After struggling with a herniated disc and a pinched nerve; dealing with constant pain for the last 2.5 weeks and getting nowhere with traditional physical therapy, osteopathy was recommended to me by a colleague.
During the initial consultation, Bastien took the time to understand and reconfirm my diagnosis, examine me, and explain how he believed he could help me by tailoring the treatment to my specific needs.
I found the treatment to be relatively gentle, yet highly effective. Not only helping to relieve my pain, but drastically improving my mobility.
Bastien’s expertise, professionalism, and compassionate care made all the difference.
After my first session, I was able to move more freely and my pain was significantly reduced.
If you're suffering from back/neck pain or a herniated disc (or basically any joint/muscle issue), I highly recommend Bastien at Aarhus Osteopathy!
