Aaron & Partners were excellent throughout the sale of Yee Group and Cool Services. After 50 years in business, this was a major step for me, so it was important to have the right people acting on my behalf.

From the outset, the team were professional, responsive and very easy to deal with. They combined strong legal expertise with practical commercial advice, which made the whole process feel far less daunting than it might otherwise have been.

Hugh Strickland, Corporate Finance Partner and Head of the Shrewsbury office, handled my case and was outstanding throughout. He was calm, approachable, knowledgeable and always gave me confidence that matters were in hand. His advice was clear, his attention to detail was excellent, and I felt fully supported from start to finish.

Shocking company, stay away for personal services. Took four months to get nowhere and be hit with a 'conflict of interest' - which there wasn't!

Terrible service for the divorce of my partner. Delays in replying up up to 6 months when questioning service. Divorce application was rejected by the courts due to poor wording. Also sent somebody else's divorce correspondence in error and was told just to delete. Eventually went with another solicitor after going through the Legal Ombudsman. All in all an appalling service during a difficult time.

Awful firm. Represented me when they shouldn't have due to a conflict of interest. Legal Ombudsman concluded an unreasonable service due to the above and other service failings aswell... they awarded no remedy. No refunded fees and no apology. Arrogant and unhelpful response to follow up complaint also. Steer clear!

Highly recommend this solicitors practice from my experiences of them helping me with 'wills, trusts and tax' and also 'conveyancing'.
I have been particularly impressed by Rowena Ridgway for being extremely professional and knowledgeable. She immediately puts you at ease and then efficiently and quickly sorts the problem.
