Very interesting show Aaron, lots of energy in the room , respect your efforts in sharing your experiences and sharing your tribe and opening the door to discovery . Looking forward to stepping out of my comfort zone and seeing if an old dog can learn a few new tricks .

Exceeded my expectations, learnt just as much about myself as I did my business.

Some of my takeaways was to stop playing so small and to start thinking bigger. I’ve really been stuck in a negative self worth space and Aaron made me realise that I’m an asset too, not just my companies.

That was my biggest takeaway. To stop talking shit about myself and realise my value for what it is!

My experience was really good. Really appreciate the time everyone’s put in. I’ve struggled with a lot in both my business and personal life, and in the last 4 days I’ve realised that there’s so many more solutions to my problems. Also I’ve actually realised I’ve sub consciously been trying to implement a lot of these problems in a panic however now I can work smarter around them.

I invested $30,000 into a program with Aaron Sansoni, expecting tailored business mentoring and strategic guidance.

Unfortunately, that’s not what I received.

From the outset, the experience felt impersonal and disconnected. My first coach, even after three sessions, did not understand what my business actually was. Across the duration of the program, no coach demonstrated a working knowledge of my business; not my revenue, team size, or operational structure.

The “coaching” itself consisted of generic weekly check-ins. There was no strategic depth, no meaningful analysis, and no evidence that the advice was tailored. The conversations were interchangeable and could have been delivered to any participant, regardless of business stage or industry.

I raised these concerns repeatedly throughout the program. The response was consistent: the feedback was deflected rather than engaged with. There appeared to be no framework for receiving or integrating constructive criticism. Anything outside of positive, affirming feedback was dismissed, and the responsibility was subtly redirected back onto me. That is not a coaching environment, it is a closed system.

For a program at this price point, I expected:
– Personalised, informed guidance
– Strategic input grounded in my actual business
– Coaches who had taken the time to understand what they were advising on

None of that was delivered.

This was a substantial investment for negligible return.

The mind can't fathom, the ability to articulate is fleeting. A fully immersive transformation happend. Mind, body, spirit. For the longest time I walked around with such an empty place inside of me, feeling like I was very uncommon amongst the common. I realised that as an entrepreneur I shared the same need to be creative as my tribe, and the only vessel that could carry out our creative spirit was in business.. We can affect the greatest change through this medium, which is why we all pursue it. What I have become in the last 4 days I can't undo. And for that I am forever grateful. I finally have a purpose worthy of myself, a purpose greater than myself. All I can say to you Mr Sansoni is thank you, I'll see you in that circle soon.

My experience here was so mind blowing/opening and helpful, its been amazing. I don't think anyone can deliver/teach like he does. I was super tired flying from perth and with minimal sleep over the last 4 days but was springing out of bed with a smile on my face ear to ear to hear more about aaron had to say each day

I thought my gyprocking business in perth was great, but this just wanted me to take it to scale it to the next level and was a keep up the arse I so needed.

I recommend this to anyone, you don't even need a business. He teaches you life skills and motivation, his aura is just through the roof

My husband Alex booked me in for this empire workshop and it has opened my eye to the method of making empire (through breakthrough- mind change, money day- understanding money, scaling and empire)and it is deeper than just making money but building meaning and vision in life and growing in life( body, mind, soul and spirit)
I hope that I can bring this experience and knowledge out in the world and help and impact our Society.
In this society, we have grow very self centred and unwilling to share our experiences and help those in need。
I would like to have freedom and wealth to be able to help those less fortunate not only in providing food but empowered them and educate them to live their optimal life. To be occupied by daily jobs I know that I have impacted more than >100,000 people life working as health care profession but my impart is one to one. I attended my first ever Empire Mastery event in Melbourne. This experience was extraordinarily eye opening. I don't have a business yet, but I have learnt so much in the 4 day event.
