I’ve been searching for a high quality office/gaming desk for weeks now. With lockdown in full force, it’s been an absolute nightmare to find one that’s not only the right size, but high quality and available to order.

I’m always cautious when ordering from sites that I’ve never visited before. To be certain about my purchase I gave them a call the morning I intended to place my order, just for some reassurance.

Needless to say, I was more than reassured after speaking directly to Adam Brett who confirmed that the desk was everything I was looking for.

I ordered and payed for my desk on the Friday and it was delivered nice and early on Monday morning!

Service was very good, they arrived next day. I was let down by two other companies who said they had stock they didn’t. I only heard from them after 5 days of waiting.

I rang aato expecting them to not answer (the other companies have no phone lines as they’re “too busy”). They answered within 30 seconds, answered my questions and I ordered. My order wasn’t till 4pm so missed the next day delivery and sure enough they arrived on time. Incredibly happy with the service provided.

I originally ordered items from another supplier, however a desk that was expected within 5 days still had no updated ETD after 10 days. I went online looking for another supplier which is when I found AATO. After an initial online enquiry I was promised a phone call back from Adam with stock updates on the desks in which I had expressed an interest.The call came exactly as promised. During the call Adam offered advice on items that matched my needs in the colours and sizes I needed for my home office environment. The desks were duly ordered in a very straightforward manner (via ApplePay) late on a Thursday with an ETD on Monday.....the desks arrived on the Monday morning. Some minor damage had occurred in transit and Adam dealt with the issue in a full and timely manner with excellent communication throughout. In summary, the whole process of finding the items I needed, ordering them and having them delivered in a very prompt timeframe could not have been better.

I received a first class, personalised service from aatostore.co.uk and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Delivery was prompt and any queries I had, both before and after purchase, were answered immediately . Its rare to come across a company that truly cares about its customer experience and that goes above and beyond, far exceeding expectations. I will certainly hope to trade with them again.

He offered me numerous different alternatives and went over and above to ensure what I would receive instead would fit my needs.
