Magik who I booked the car through was excellent on phone, email & text
Martin was waiting on me at Exeter Airport as staff brought myself in wheelchair and luggage 🧳 through from Longanair’s assisted flight Martin put my belongings in to his White Mercedes & helped me in to his car and I felt like royalty with heated seats to distress me and Martin was so understanding kind caring respectful, drove me to Truro Cornwall & highly recommended and I will certainly be using them again

Great customer service. Our overnight long-haul flight to Heathrow was cancelled as we were about to board. No problem to rearrange early morning pick-up for return to Exeter once we had rescheduled our flight 24 hours later. Thanks

We booked Advanced Airport Transfers for the first time last year, for a return trip from Exeter to Heathrow. Due to the service received we re-booked this year. All drivers were on time, professional and we felt totally safe in the car, which were also spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We will certainly be booking again.

Fantastic service, will use these guys instead of car parking from now on. Grateful how accommodating and helpful they were especially with our oversized baggage.

Very professional transfer to Gatwick from Devon - comfortable car and very good and courteous driver. Traffic was awful but Arek remained calm and good humoured throughout. Thoroughly recommended.

Booked this company at short notice for my wife going from Heathrow to Devon and every thing was made easy from booking and paying and the meet and greet at the airport and trip back to Devon. my wife liked the car saying it was very comfortable and a great driver

Really impressed with Advance, very comfortable journey from Exmouth to Heathrow and back. Very competitively priced when compared with the cost of 3 weeks parking at Heathrow. We arrived at Heathrow on our return at 6am following an overnight flight, by the time we got our cases the car was waiting for us. Fabulous service, thank you!

I have used this company for a long time now, return travel to the airport as I have family in Spain, on all occasions they have gone out of their way to accommodate with a both professional and efficient approach , along with an excellent competitive rate, because of this I have also used them for personal travel , every time they have maintained this high standard of service. Through covid there were times I had to cancel my booking due to restrictions, they remained compassionate and understanding, another reason why I will also use this company. I can not recommend enough.

This was my 11th Chauffeur in past 7 days in 6 countries. One of the best. LHR to Exeter. Excellent service. Good communication, which i value. Driver met me on time and recognised me from whatsapp profile (a first) was polite and drove smoothly. Nice clean car E Class. Would recommend.

We had them to take us to Gatwick on the 17dec & pick us up on 2nd January ,our driver was on time ,both ways ,stop when we needed to use service’s ,carry our luggage door to door,very polite ,would recommend them. And would like to say a big thank you.

We used the service to return from Exeter to Cambridge. We had not used it before but resassurance was provided by our being provided with driver details in advance. There was a lot of traffic but the driver was able to route us around the worst of the delays, and we had a comfortable trip.

I have used this company on several occasions in 2022, they are always fast in responding to requests and very accommodating, on my last trip I had to change my pick up point 4 hours before a 3am collection. The drivers polite and the vehicles are spotless. As a woman travelling alone I always feel safe.
Thoroughly recommend them.
