Got my wallet frozen
Got my wallet frozen, can not take my crypto out! They bankrupted blaming on some hacking issue. But why you can not take out what is yours? How can I claimed it back, it's a lot of money I sink in it
Avoid at all cost. Scam. Do not complte KYC.
Avoid at all cost.
No support. Chat available on website its just automated script. There will be no answer ever.
No way of withdrawing assets, because AAX decided they will just stop it. That means they don't have liquidity they claim they do - easy as that.
No way of closing account. Not from website or mobile app, and once you followed verification they never delete your account just freeze it. Is that legal? No. GDPR still applies as the same(unchanged) version of the service exist in EU.
This thing exist purely to holding other people assets and reinvesting it. People have no control here.
Simple rule - If you can't exit - it's a scam.
Locked my money in the wallet saying…
Locked my money in the wallet saying they are having "maintenens issues" for way longer than what anything is suppose to be DO NOT TRUST THEM
BIG WARNING! STAY AWAY!
Bullocks they use fake advertisement to get people to kyc and then you don't get promised advertisement. Then they have made a daily task system to try to make it a once a day visitable to try to keep people engaged with their app. Im not buying into this.
Works good for me
I am staking stablecoins via this exchange, i have not notice any problems so far. I get my profits as promised. I'm able to transfer my tokens between wallets normally.
Do not trust it just because it do not require KYC, it will.
This exchange pretends to be friendly with people who do not want to pass KYC, but it is not, once you try to withdraw your funds it always triggers a warning for security reasons that forces you to identify yourself if you want to recover the funds; honestly, I would not recommend to do that because I will not trust my identity to this kind of misleading companies.

Big SCAM, you deposit and never withdraw
Scam, im registered on this exchange because of a mission from tapjoy, the mission is to register and make a deposit. i have done the mission but when i need to withdraw, i need to verify identity, i tried to verify but its say that my identity already registered here, even though i never register on that exchange before. Now i can't cash out my deposited asset. beware of this bad exchange
Most of the 5 star reviews are bought
I could care less about the bonus but to have money I deposited locked behind a bigger pay wall is ridiculous to say the least, everything this company does is a Scam hidden under the pretense of being a legit exchange, they will steal your money read the terms of service carefully before investing in this one, the only reason this isn't a one star company already is because they bought/made up five star reviews, if you look at the reviewers most if not all of the five star givers only gave one review ever and it's apparently to give this company a five star.
This is a SCAM exchange. Stay away.
This is a SCAM exchange. Stay away!
They trick you for a sign up bonus but you have to spend many $$ to unlock. Then they will spam you with emails and newsletters which you can't disable.
I have contacted support but they refused to tell me how to disable those. Then I have requested to fully close my account which takes 1 week! Hopefully this will end the scam.
Dodgy exchange, choose another one.
I decided to test this exchange with it's futures. I only put in 20 dollars to test it out. Anyway they seem to liquidate positions even when the mark price has not reached the liquidation price and not only that they also cancel your stop loss orders so they can liquidate you. Stay very far away.
Very shady practices and an unknown exchange
Tried this exchange because of the ads eveywhere on bsc chain and brave. The lure of the $50 USDT was what really got me to sign up and after signing up I can confirm I did not recieve 50 USDT and got heavy scam vibes.
Scammy
Scammy. Reels you in with a 50 USDT signup bonus. But the reality is that you will get only 2 USDT for signup. The rest of the 50 is unlocked when you trade over $10,000. Very scammy. Think twice before you signup with them.
This is a SCAM, stay away!
This exchange is a big SCAM. I made a deposit into my account and it was not credited which prompted me to confront their support with all the transaction details and the Sean support guy was very rude and told me that he has scammed me and there is nothing I can do about it.
I wish I can attach the screenshot of the conversation here but truspilot does not allow.
In excess, I lost a fortune to this scam organisation in the disguise of crypto exchange. There is 99 percent chances you will lose your money if you deal with them
