My subscription was renewed for another year, despite my previous subscription still being active. Furthermore, this renewal occurred without any prior notification. I have sent three cancellation requests, none of which have received a response. Additionally, the email address provided for exercising the right of withdrawal either does not exist or is not functional. This situation is not only shameful but also goes against Spanish law. I wish to emphasize that I am well within the legal timeframe to cancel my subscription and request a refund. I kindly request that this matter be resolved promptly and that my communications are not ignored.
By the way, I also wrote to the support email you provide here and I so far nobody has responded back yet.

My problem finally solved but I lost approx 15 days. The period should have been added to my membership. Anyway, thank you for your support.

I'm not able to cancel the premium subscription, the cancel option redirects me to the Help Center in Spanish where the suggestion is to use exactly the same button to cancel the subscription. I have contacted the support team, but no one reacted to my emails.

Misleading advertising. I have been registered with the ABA for many years. Before they had real offers, now they just try to trick you by sending you the same offer repeatedly, which has no additional discount. When asked about this matter to the support department answered me with something else. They tell me that they are going to make me an offer and I do not receive anything. Ultimately, taking advantage lies now have many registered users, raise prices and deceive people taking advantage of this situation.

Agressive marketing. Cheap tricks. "Free online test of your English knowledges." once you do it, shows no results but it asks to log-in using facebook. Once you do, still no results, but it welcomes you in "worldwide community of English students" and start sending you spam emails. I unsubscribed already, yet I still keep receiving emails from my "allefged new lector" offering me payed plans. Vegetable vendor in middle-east street market has better business etiquette. Feels like being offered free soup in a pub and than being charged 70 quid for borrowing a spoon afterwards.
